How to Make a Reservation
Got your Anime NYC badge ready? Great. Here’s how to lock in your panel seats:
- Badge Check: Make sure your badge is good for the day of the panel. No Sunday badge, no Sunday panel. Simple math.
- Email Time: Click “VIEW YOUR ORDER ONLINE” in your Anime NYC confirmation email. It’s like the golden ticket to your schedule.
- Virtual Queue: At 6:00 PM, you’ll be in the waiting room with the rest of us. Don’t bother showing up early; it’s a random shuffle at 7:00 PM.
- Reserve Your Spot: At 7:00 PM, hit “My Panel Reservations” and grab your seat. No rush, but also… hurry.
- Repeat If Necessary: Multiple badges? Multiple reservations. Give each badge a nickname if you’re feeling organized.
Insider Tips:
- Pre-Game: Answer those interest questions before the clock strikes 7:00 PM. Save yourself the scramble.
- Badge Control: Make sure you’re the one with the confirmation email—no need to rely on someone else.
- Plan Ahead: Got badge issues? Hit up support before reservation day, or risk being that person in line with a problem.
On-Site Vibes Carry The Anime NYC Map Along
Check-In & Queuing:
Reservations in hand? Good. Arrive 20 minutes early, or risk the dreaded standby line.
- Main Stage: Hall C’s the place.
- Sakura Stage: Hall E, all day.
If the previous panel is still packing up, they’ll ask you to move along. Standby lines happen, but they’re not a sure thing.
Canceling a Reservation:
Plans changed? Click the red X and free up your spot. Just be sure, because once it’s gone, it’s gone.
