Demon Slayer fans are eagerly waiting for the announcement of the Infinity Castle Trilogy. After Demon Slayer Season 4, popular as the Hashira Training Arc, aired in May, fans were counting the days for the Infinity Castle arc. Most people expected the final arc would be adapted into an anime. However, Ufotable announced that instead of a new season, the arc would be adapted into a trilogy of movies.
That is as far as the announcement went. They did not specify any release date, and fans have been waiting for almost half a year to get their hands on new information regarding Koyoharu Gotouge’s masterpiece. While waiting seemed like the only solution, a certain detail about the upcoming movie trilogy got leaked. The release date of the first movie got leaked, and the fandom has once again found its mojo.
Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Movie Release Date Leaked
In the internet era, leaks are not that uncommon. There are tons of movies and web series that have suffered from the grasp of leaks. The same seemed to happen with the first movie of the Infinity Castle arc. As per the leak, the first movie is scheduled to release on September 12, 2025, in the United Kingdom and the USA. On September 17, 2025, it will be released in France, and on September 25, 2025, it is supposed to be released in Germany.
German CineStar has now listed the 'Untitled Crunchyroll/Sony/Aniplex Event Film' with a Kimetsu no Yaiba 'Infinity Castle Arc' Movie description.

Sony Seems To Be The Culprit For The Leak
As of now, it looks like the leak happened from Sony’s side. There was no involvement of any third parties. Initially, it was unclear which movie it was since there were barely any details. It read “Untitled Crunchyroll/Sony/Aniplex Film Event,” which can be any movie, considering there are several anime movies scheduled to release in 2025. Even though the initial information was unintentionally leaked by Sony Pictures, it was German CineStar who uploaded the movie description.
After reading the description, it became clear to the fans that the leak belonged to none other than Demon Slayer Infinity Castle arc movie. The leak had information about the first movie. There was no information about the other two movies. As things stand, Demon Slayer might soon make an announcement, considering the movie is only a few months away. Nonetheless, people are excited to see how The Upper Moon vs. The Hashiras shape out.
