It was announced that the last two arcs would be adapted into a movie trilogy instead of a new season. Recently, the producers announced that Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle‘s movie release date would be revealed on March 1, 2025.
Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Movie Will Release in 2025
The Demon Slayer Infinity Castle movie trilogy will be the last time fans experience Tanjiro Kamado and his friends taking on the Demon King, Kibutsuji Muzan. The first movie of the trilogy is scheduled to release in 2025. An announcement trailer for the trilogy was released in December 2024. As per the official information, the release date of Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Part 1 will be revealed on March 1, 2025 at 7 PM (JST). A program will be held where the details will be revealed and the Demon Slayer Corp members will also be present. As for the streaming details, it is yet to be revealed. Which Arcs Will Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Trilogy Cover?
The Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Trilogy will cover the Final Battle arc. The Final Battle arc consists of two separate arcs – the Infinity Castle arc and the Sunrise Countdown arc. The Infinity Castle arc will have the major fight scenes, including Gyomei vs. Kokushibo, Kanao and Inosuke vs. Douma, Giyu and Tanjiro vs. Akaza, etc. the Sunrise Countdown arc will cover the battle between Tanjiro Kamado vs. Kibutsuji Muzan.
