Who is the Great Witch Marba?
Marba (voiced by Mami Horikoshi) is a powerful witch from the First Demon Realm and the creator of Majin Buu, the Second Majin, and Majin Kuu. She practices ancient and forbidden magic, granting her abilities such as levitation, telekinesis, longevity, and the creation of artificial Majins. In the past, she also possessed a lot of Saibamen seeds, which she sold to the outsiders.
Marba created the first Majin, Majin Buu, at the request of wizard Babidi but chooses not to take credit for it. She deems her first creation a failure because it disobeyed orders and became uncontrollable.
Where is the Second Majin?
Dr. Arinsu discovered Marba’s abilities at some point in the past. At her request, the second Majin was created, but it turned out to be a failure, as Dr. Arinsu was able to defeat it.

Majin Kuu – The Third Creation of the Great Witch Marba
Episode 8 of the Dragon Ball Daima series reveals that Dr. Arinsu is aware of the true creator of Majin Buu- the Great Witch Marba.
For the creation of the third Majin, Marba requested a body sample of Majin Buu. Dr. Arinsu traveled to planet Earth in Universe 7 and obtained the sample during Majin Buu’s fight with Majin Vegeta, where Buu was blown to pieces.
With all the necessary components at her disposal including Majin Buu’s sample, Saibamen seeds, various monster elements, and Dr. Arinsu Saliva, the third Majin, known as Majin Kuu, was created. Majin Kuu possesses Saibamen traits, wears Majin Buu’s pants, and features the signature Majin Belt.
Dr. Arinsu assigns Majin Kuu the mission of defeating the First Tamagami and retrieving the Dragon Ball to determine if this third creation is a success or failure. Will Majin Kuu triumph over the Tamagami and recover the Dragon Ball? Stay tuned for the next episode to find out!
