The Gorosei is one of the fiercest factions in One Piece. They sit at the top of the World Government hierarchy and only serve Imu-sama. The Gorosei has been featured in bits and pieces throughout the anime, but the Egghead arc finally showcased one of them in action. Saint Jaygarcia Saturn has landed on Egghead in his Devil Fruit Awakened Form to wreak havoc and fulfill his motive.
Each member of the Gorosei leads a certain section of the World Government, with Saint Saturn heading the Science and Defence section since he is a scientist. However, the fandom is more interested in his powers and abilities than his status. Ruling such a vast organization is not an easy task, and he is one of the most powerful entities in Eiichiro Oda’s magnum opus. So, naturally, he is bound to possess some crazy abilities that can send shivers down the spine.

Saint Jaygarcia Saturn Possesses A Deadly Devil Fruit Power
The Warrior Head of Science and Defence landed on Egghead through a magical pentagram. While landing, he was not human but transformed into a giant-looking spider monster. His face and hands were intact, while the rest of his body resembled a spider with multiple legs. It was revealed that Saint Saturn possesses the power of the Mythical Zoan-type Gyuki Devil Fruit. Gyuki is a mythical creature resembling a bull spider.
The Gorosei awakened his Devil Fruit since there was a strip of black clouds surrounding him, and he maintained his consciousness. Using the sharp claws on his legs, he can impale anyone, and his Devil Fruit grants him some telekinetic ability, which allows him to knock down or force them to the ground with just a mere glance. In his Awakened Form, Saturn can spin his body like a helicopter propeller to help him fly. The Gyuki Devil Fruit also grants him the ability to shoot venomous orbs from his mouth, causing massive explosions or burn-through objects.
What Abilities Make Saint Saturn A Force To Reckon?
It is not only the Mythical Zoan-type Gyuki Devil Fruit that makes Saint Saturn so powerful but also the other abilities that make him a force to reckon with. Thanks to Imu-Sama, Saint Saturn is immortal since he is more than 200 years old. The strongest blasts or the sharpest weapons might injure him, but he instantly regenerates, leaving him unscathed. Even the Toshi Toshi no Mi does not affect him, making it useful against him.
All the Gorosei possess telepathic powers that allow them to communicate with each other, even while they are in different parts of the world. Apart from these, the main antagonist of the Egghead arc has Observation Haki, Armament Haki, and the Conqueror’s Haki, too. Going hand-in-hand with his powers and abilities, Saint Saturn has a calm personality like the other members of the Gorosei but views individuals below him as nothing more than insects and will stop at nothing to get his desires fulfilled. Only his lust for scientific curiosity and powers makes him somewhat human.
