1. Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti

Representing the sin of Wrath, Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti is a Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult

Representing the sin of Wrath, Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti made her debut in Arc 5, where she serves as one of the main antagonists. Covered in bandages from head to toe, her furiosity knows no boundaries. The self-proclaimed wife of Petelgeuse Romanรฉe-Contiโ€™s powers has caused trouble for Subaru and the crew.

Powers of Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti:

  • Soulwashing: Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti has the ability to trap a crowd in her vicinity and control their emotions, albeit ecstasy or a murderous desire.
  • Abnormal Strength: Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti possesses immense strength in her bare hands that is no match for a pedestrian.
  • Chain Control: A Major part of her appearance consists of heavy metal gold chains wrapped around her. Apart from being an accessory, Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti also has the ability to swing them around in accordance with her wish.
  • Fire Power: Sirius Romanรฉe-Conti is a fire user. Her abilities to generate and wield fire is an effective combat method.

2. Regulus Corneas

Making his debut in Arc 3, Corneas represents Greed in the Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult. Often carrying an air of mystery around him, Regulus is a white-haired gentleman whose personality is nothing like he seems.

  • Lion’s Heart: This move allows Regulus Corneas to stop time in his own body. While receiving brutal attacks, Corneas possesses the ability to suffer fatal injuries.
    • It is also revealed that Corneas has the ability to move objects next to him using Lion Heart.
    • By fusing them with Lion Heart, Corneas can also manipulate humans.
    • Wind, Water, and Dirt are also in the wheelhouse of things that Corneas can manipulate using Lion’s Heart.
  • Little King: Using this, Corneas, despite stopping time in his body with Lion Heart, can emulate his regular patterns with Little King, which was usually given to someone who he deemed his ‘Wife.’

3. Petelgeuse Romanรฉe-Conti

Petelgeuse Romanรฉe-Conti represents Sloth in the Sin Archbishops of the Witch Cult. This lanky member of the cult was most certainly an unusual one, with a purple cloak.

Powers of Petelgeuse Romanรฉe-Conti

  • Unseen Hand: This was a telekinetic power that allowed Petelgeuse to mobilize an innumerable amount of hands that attacks the target.
  • Sloth: Petelgeuse can cause his target to have hallucinations using this method, and eventually drive them insane by attacking them with a black wave.
  • UI Dona: His magic element assigned to him was the ability to manipulate Earth.

4. Capella Emerada Lugunica

Capella Emerada Lugunica represents Lust in Sin Archbishops in Witch Cult

Representing Lust, Capella Emerada Lugunica is also one of the major antagonists in Arc 5.

Powers of Capella Emerada Lugunica:

  • Transforming: Capella Emerada Lugunica possesses the capability to transform into whatever and whoever she desires.
  • Intellectual: Unlike her peers, it is revealed that Capella Emerada Lugunica is a rather intelligent member of the Witch Cult. Although this is not necessarily an ability, it is worth mentioning considering her contemporaries.

5. Lye Batenkaitos

Lye Batenkaitos represents Gluttony from the Sin Archbishops of the Witch Cult

Representing Gluttony from the Sin Archbishops of the Witch Cult, Lye Batenkaitos is another antagonist who made his debut in Arc 3. One of the irrelevant members of the cult is a mysterious and gluttonous addition to the squad.

Powers of Lye Batenkaitos:

  • Gluttony: As his authority suggests, Lye Batenkaitos could eat his victims’ names and emotional capabilities. After consuming said humans, he held their talents, likes, and dislikes. This was quite the unique gluttonous ability he possessed.
  • Eclipse: Lye Batenkaitos owned Lunar Eclipse and Solar Eclipse, with the former allowing him to use the victims’ abilities himself, and the latter permitting him to change his identity to said victim’s.
  • Huma: Creates a water barrier that stops other attacks by enemies.


6. Rui Arneb

Another Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult who represents Gluttony, Rui Arneb has not yet made her debut in the anime. Making her first appearance in Arc 6, Arneb is one of the main antagonists in the franchise. She is also the sister of the other Gluttony representative Lye Batenkaitos.

Powers of Rui Arneb:

  • Gluttony: Similar to Lye Batenkaitos, Rui Arneb possesses the ability to consume the names and bodies of her victms.
  • Eclipse: Arneb can transform herself into the victim as well as adapt their ability, similar to the aforementioned.
  • Body Takeover: She has the ability to take over the body of those who possess the Witch Factor of Gluttony, similar to her brother Lye.
  • Cloning: Rui also has the ability to split herself, and also attach a copy to someone else.

7. Roy Alphard

Roy Alphard represents Gluttony in the Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult

Representing Gluttony in the Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult, Roy Alphard is a sibling of Rui Arneb and Lye Batenkaitos.

Powers of Roy Alphard:

  • Roy Alphard possesses Gluttony, Eclipse, and similar abilities to his siblings.

8. Stride Vollachia

Stride Vollachia was a Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult who represents Pride. His menacing look, followed by his vain attitude made him one of the most memorable members in the cult, and one of the most important antagonists in the franchise.

Powers of Stride Vollachia:

  • Yang Sword Vollachia: Stride had the ability to wield said sword, which could shine like the Sun, due to him being a part of the Imperial Family known as Vollachia.
  • Gospel: Just like any other member, one of his notable powers involved owning a copy of the aforementioned Book Of Wisdom.
