After Akira Toriyama died in 2024, Dragon Ball fans were devastated. The late mangaka shaped an entire generation of anime and paved the way for the upcoming mangaka. Most of the modern-day mangaka are inspired by his works. While his death shocked the world as a whole, fans were overjoyed to see the franchise returning with a new series – Dragon Ball DAIMA.
Dragon Ball DAIMA is the last project Akira Toriyama worked on before his death. The first episode of the anime was released on October 11, 2024. While there was always an emotional attachment to the plot, the return of the Demons with a great plot attracted many. Till now, 14 episodes have been released, and the fans are eagerly waiting for episode 15.
Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 14 Recap
Dragon Ball DAIMA episode 14, titled “Taboo,” featured the Z Warriors trying to get past the Warp-sama. While Goku tries to forcefully break the dimensional barrier, it knocks him out by electrocuting it. However, Neva casts a spell and removes the barrier put in place to restrict entry into different demon realms. While they were traveling to the First Demon World, the turbulence caused them to abandon their ships. When Gomah learns about Goku’s location, he sends his henchmen to attack the Z Warriors. The Z Warriors came under heavy fire and were trying to devise a plan to get out of the situation.

Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 15 Release Date
Episode 15 is scheduled to release on Friday, January 24, 2025. The episode will air on Fuji TV, and fans outside Japan can stream the anime on Crunchyroll and Netflix. Daima’s upcoming episode will maintain an average length of 23 minutes and will be released at 11:40 PM JST. Except for the New Year, the anime has been releasing episodes weekly.
Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 15 Expectations
Dragon Ball DAIMA episode 15 is titled, “Third Eye.” In the post-credit scene of episode 14, it showed that the Z Warriors will continue to evade Gomah’s henchman. They will try to escape the situation while fighting against the creatures of the Demon World. Fans are expecting the heroes fighting to take on the newly appointed Gendarmerie Force by Degesu soon. Episode 15 is likely to begin with fireworks right off the bat.
