After One Piece chapter 1137 revealed the mysterious Shanks’ look-alike to be Figarland Shamrock, many wanted to know about his relationship with Shanks. It was confirmed in that chapter that he is the son of one of the Five Elders, Saint Figarland Garling.

One Piece chapter 1138 is titled ‘Sacred Texts,’ with Who’s Who on the cover. In the initial phase, Shamrock and Shanks’ relationship was revealed. However, Shamrock’s sword stole the spotlight. Like Spandam, Shamrock’s sword also consumed a Devil Fruit. The Devil Fruit is none other than the Cerberus Fruit.
Since the introduction of Marshall D. Teach, there has been a popular fan theory about him having multiple personalities. One of the Devil Fruit that was associated with his multiple personalities was the Cerberus Fruit since Cerberus is a mythical creature resembling a three-headed demon dog. His three personalities defined one head of the demon dog. However, the latest spoilers have debunked it.
Another Mysterious Individual Appeared
Figarland Shamrock was using his Devil Fruit-powered sword to attack Loki and make him accept his offer of becoming a World Noble. A few guards who witnessed the incident ran to the Romance Dawn crew in the Elbaf Castle and reported that Shanks was torturing them. Since Shamrock looked like Shanks, they mistook him for the Yonko.
However, Monkey D. Luffy does not believe it to be Shanks since he was a part of Gol D. Roger’s crew, who were known to be righteous. At that moment, the panel shifts to a mysterious man walking towards the castle. He is shown wearing a Kasa Hat and was last seen in chapter 631, having a drink with Crocus. He seemed to be a member of the Roger Pirates.
A Third War Is Approaching In One Piece
Elsewhere, Franky and Ripley are standing in front of a large mural painting on the Adam Tree. It was revealed that the mural was drawn during the Void Century. In another panel, Nico Robin is shown to translate a book named ‘Harley Book,’ given to her by Saul. The book mentions about two great wars in the past. However, it also mentions a third war that is approaching soon.
