One Piece 1137 spoiler mentions the chapter title to be “Shamrock Shows Up.” The spoilers revealed the true identity of the mysterious figure resembling Red-Haired Shanks. His name is Figarland Shamrock, and he is the son of Figarland Garling, the newly appointed Gorosei. Even though he resembles the Killer of Observation, he has no scar on his face, and his hair is longer than the Yonko.
Figarland Shamrock is revealed to be the leader of the God’s Knight, the post formerly held by his father. Chapter 1137 reveals that Gunko and Shamrock’s approach to Loki is part of a plan to forcibly make him a Celestial Dragon.
