The alleged Blue Lock Chapter 328 spoilers were supposed to reveal why Ego Jinpachi asked to speak with Yoichi Isagi alone. Needless to say, the alleged spoilers did not disappoint, as the upcoming manga chapter will be focusing on exactly that.
The manga’s previous chapter saw Blue Lock Side-B officially kick off, as Hirotoshi Buratsuta introduced the first selection test, the “Bird Cage.” As the test was to be done in pairs, when Seishiro Nagi got picked, he chose Ryousuke Kira to join him.
Blue Lock Chapter 328 Spoilers: Ego Jinpachi Warns Yoichi Isagi
According to Blue Lock Chapter 328 spoilers, the upcoming chapter will be titled “God.” The manga opened right from where the previous chapter ended as Yoichi Isagi joined Ego Jinpachi when the Japanese coach asked to speak with him alone.
Ego Jinpachi asked Isagi about his last play in the match against Nigeria. Isagi wondered if Ego was angry at him, and shared that, as an egoist, he was only aiming for his goal. Ego too believed it was a good idea to test out something new when they were guaranteed the win with an overwhelming lead. Nevertheless, he wanted to warn Isagi.
If the gamble play were to continue, it would create confusion even for teammates, causing Blue Lock’s formation and tactics to collapse. Testing out a new idea should only be a secondary tactic if there is room to spare. As such, Ego instructed Isagi not to make a way of winning that has no reproducibility on his main axis.

Isagi shares his vision with Ego Jinpachi
Isagi agreed with Ego’s instructions. Right after, he shared how beating Noel Noa and becoming the world’s best now seemed possible to him. That is why Ego’s soccer alone no longer satisfied him.
After watching the super highlight play from Japan vs. Nigeria, Isagi realized that beating Noel Noa with just physical ability was impossible for him. Even if he could win a single match or single play against players like Loki, Lorenzo, and Kaiser, objectively Isagi didn’t feel he could win in pure individual ability.
According to Isagi, humans have two types of people, talented learners and geniuses. There is not a simple hierarchy where one is superior to other. Instead, they clash and stimulate each other and grow through direct competition. And through that process, one can become strong enough to become the world’s best.
That is why, Isagi believed that he needed to keep being the “ultimate talent” against geniuses such as Rin Itoshi, Meguru Bachira, and others, so that the feel like they have to surpass him, igniting a chain reaction of growth between them.

Ego Jinpachi Shares A Glimpse of His Player Career
Right after, Ego Jinpachi asked Isagi if he thought a “God of Football” actually existed. While Isagi thought Ego was asking him about football legends, such as Zico or Maradona, Ego was asking about something much more unscientific.
According to Ego, it was the result of perfecting one’s thoughts and efforts, where one’s body and mind are in total sync. Even luck and the environment all work out exactly how they want, and it feels like something beyond one’s control is guiding their destiny.
“A god-like experience of total omnipotence.”
Ego further explained that back when he was an active player, he actually encountered the “God of Football” for seven minutes. It was only one time, never before nor since. But back then, it felt like some impossible force was at work to make sense of the inexplicable performance he pulled off.
Isagi immediately connected the “God of Football” to “Flow” and “Luck Equation.” That’s when Ego explained that those were things he derived from that experience, hoping to reproduce it. Right after, Ego again asked Isagi if he thought the “God of Football” existed.
While Isagi did not have a clear answer, he was not against the idea. That’s when Ego shared that God stopped helping him later, which is why he quit his player career in the first place. Right after, Ego tried to end their conversation. However, Isagi used this opportunity to set a new goal. He wanted Ego to watch him as he strives to become the God of Football himself.
Blue Lock Chapter 328 spoilers ended by revealing the title for the next chapter. Blue Lock Chapter 329 will be titled “Don’t Give Up.” There will be a break next week.
Blue Lock manga is available to read on Kodansha’s K Manga.
