So… Can You Read Manga on Crunchyroll?

Let’s cut right to the chase โ€“ YES! Not only will you be able to read manga on Crunchyroll, but you’re getting a whole new standalone app to do it in style! And the best part? It’s coming to the US and Canada first, bundled as a sweet premium add-on to your existing Crunchyroll subscription.

Out With the Old, In With the New!

The deets: The revamped app promises some serious quality-of-life upgrades. We’re talking offline reading (because subway tunnels), a slick new UI that won’t make your eyes bleed, and enough manga titles to keep you reading until the next season of Attack on Titan (too soon?).

Yes, but don’t chuck your physical manga collection just yet. Crunchyroll is keeping quiet about specifics like pricing and which titles will make the cut. Web browser support is also in the “coming soonโ„ข” category.

What’s Cooking in the New App?

Get ready for some seriously cool features:

  • A slick new interface that’ll make reading manga smoother than ever
  • Offline reading (because sometimes WiFi betrays us, right?)
  • A manga library that’ll make your eyes sparkle with joy

The Future Is Looking Bright!

Looking ahead… Expect more details to drop as we get closer to launch. Until then, maybe practice your Japanese? Just kidding, that’s what subtitles are for.

What we’re watching: Whether this new app will finally let us read manga one-handed while eating ramen. The real questions, people.

Stay tuned, manga lovers! We’ll be dropping more juicy details about prices, titles, and features faster than you can say “next chapter, please!” This isn’t just another app launch โ€“ it’s Crunchyroll leveling up the manga game!
