As the battle royale sets to commence among Pochita, the Aging Devil, and War Devil Yoru, the upcoming chapter is predicted to be the finale for its current arc.

Recap of Chainsaw Man Chapter 179
Chainsaw Man Chapter 179 starts off with a completely worn-out Pochita demanding blood for survival and the attempts at revving his engine is unsuccessful. The Aging Devil questions Pochita about his head being empty. Asa and War Devil Yoru witness the encounter between the two, with the former accusing the โThe Primal Fearโ of Stolen Valor.
Although Asa pleads with her to leave Chainsaw Man alone, Yoru refuses. She tries to comfort Asa with Famine Devil Famiโs proposition about both of their wishes coming true if she takes over. However, it doesnโt seem like Asa buys this, as she questions Yoru about her belief in the matter, with War Devil confirming her belief in it.
At this point, Asa is in control of her own body. Yoru once again manipulates Asaโs naivety, using her renouncement as an opportunity to fire a bullet at the Aging Devil, which is immediately shot down. The Primal Fear declares Pochita and War Devil to be too immature to talk to the transcendent being.

What to Expect From Chainsaw Man Chapter 180
After witnessing War Devil Yoru attempting to attack The Aging Devil, fans predict the next chapter to consist an all-out war between the three. With the aforementioned devils sharing the same obession with killing Pochita, Yoru and The Primal Fear might enter into destructive territory. As for Pochita, he is shown to be weak and apprehensive in combat. As for now, there are no spoilers indicating said theories, but it should be fairly predictable considering where the direction of the narrative is headed with the previous chapter.
