Kagurabachi chapter 74 concluded with Iori finally getting to meet her father, Seiichi Samura. However, the emotional reunion was short-lived, as the battle on the roof of the Kyoto Bloodshed Hotel was still ongoing. Kagurabachi chapter 75 began with the three Enchanted Sword users – Seiichi, Chihiro, and Hiruhiko, unsheathing their swords and preparing to battle each other. Takeru Hokazono also revealed new powers of each sword, and it was an exciting experience for all since each resembled some well-known powers from other anime. All the references were uncanny. Moreover, @Go_Jover caught that the chapter began with a panel exactly like Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 179.

Takeru Hokazono Implemented Naruto’s Flying-Raijin in Seiichi Samura’s Tobimune
Tobimune is Seiichi Samura’s enchanted blade, and its powers are finally showcased in Kagurabachi chapter 75. Tobimune supposedly has many abilities, and one of them is Crow, which summons a horde of Dancing Feathers around him. It is a very effective technique since the user can swap places with one of the Dancing Feathers. While it seems to be a great technique, it bears an uncanny resemblance to Naruto’s Flying-Raijin Jutsu. The Fourth Hokage, Minato, used this technique to single-handedly stop the Third Great Ninja War. However, instead of the Dancing Feathers, he used multiple kunai, threw them in different places, and swapped with them.
Kumeyuri’s Banquet Can Be Mistaken As A Genjutsu

Hiruhiko’s Kumeyuri revealed a new technique called Banquet, and it was powerful enough to counter Tobimune. Banquet causes intoxicating hallucinations, making others’ perception of reality an illusion. With the abilities used for the first time in Kagurabachi chapter 75, it also has a resemblance to Genjutsu from Naruto. Genjutsu also alters reality, making the user easily land blows on their enemies. Also, the Banquet low-key resembles Shinji Hirako’s Shikai Sakanade from Bleach. It creates a sensory illusion by reversing the perception of space and time.

Enten Has One of the Most Common Anime Abilities

While Chihiro Rokuhira’s Enten barely got any spotlight in the latest Kagurabachi chapter, there was a certain panel that explored the Enchanted Blade’s new ability. Kuro Shred is one of the most used techniques by Chihiro, but it was also revealed that Kuro is used for detection, which he used to detect Hiruhiko’s position and charge him.
The ability to detect others is a common thing in the anime-verse. Almost every anime has its own version of detection ability. In Naruto, there are several visual powers like Byakugan and Sharingan to detect others; in One Piece, it is observation Haki; in My Hero Academia, there is the Search quirk, etc.
Kagurabachi chapter 75 had several subtle hints to several other anime franchises, and it was great to see how the mangaka implemented them in his style. All of these abilities are based on Enchanted Swords, and with more Enchanted Swords in the future, there might be more interesting references.
