Dragon Ball DAIMA is the last work of the late Akira Toriyama. He began the Dragon Ball franchise in 1984 when he serialized the first chapter. Since then, the franchise has become a household name for the anime community and has paved the way for other popular anime.
After the anime premiered on October 11, 2025, there was a lot of hype surrounding it. Before its release, the synopsis had already been revealed, making it more exciting for the fans to see how the Z Warriors solved the problem. Dragon Ball DAIMA episodes were released every week, and now it has been revealed that it will conclude in February 2025.
When will Dragon Ball DAIMA Conclude?
Dragon Ball DAIMA is scheduled to conclude on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 11:40 PM (JST). If the anime follows the same schedule, it will end on episode 20. But it still remains a speculation at this point. Fans can stream the episode on Netflix and Crunchyroll after its release. However, it is unknown whether there will be another season in the future. As of now, nothing has been revealed. Currently, Dragon Ball DAIMA has released 17 episodes. So, there is still time for people to catch up before the finale.
What’s happening in Dragon Ball DAIMA?
Dragon Ball DAIMA episode 16 featured Gomah attaining the Tertian Oculus and putting it on his forehead to become the Third Eye Gomah. After the transformation, the antagonist became immeasurably powerful and attacked Son Goku. Son Goku was battling Majin Duu, but with the impending threat of Third Eye Gomah, they decided to join hands.
Episode 17 featured the Z Warriors, Majin Kuu, Majin Duu, Tamagami Number 1, and Kaioshin fighting Third Eye Gomah together. However, it is still not enough to defeat the antagonist. With no other option left, Son Goku transformed into Super Saiyan 3. The fans have experienced mini-Vegeta’s Super Saiyan 3. Now, it is up to mini-Goku’s Super Saiyan 3 transformation to defeat Third Eye Gomah.
There are still a couple of episodes left before Dragon Ball DAIMA concludes. So, it won’t be a Goku vs. Frieza situation stretching over multiple episodes. On top of that, there is also Majin Kuu and Majin Duu, who have momentarily joined hands to get rid of the greater evil. It will be interesting to see how things unfold in the last few episodes, with every piece falling into its rightful place.
