Fire Force Season 3 Part 1 concluded on June 21, 2025, with episode 12, which is the 60th episode overall. Season 3 is the final season of Atsushi Ohkubo’s magnum opus, and since its premiere, there has been a lot of excitement and nostalgia that has surrounded the fandom. The season began with Akitaru Obi getting arrested by the Tokyo Empire under the influence of the White Clads and the Special Fire Force Company 8 going on a mission to rescue their captain.
Tension was building up from the very first episode, and slowly, a lot of questions were asked and answered. Fire Force Season 3 Part 1 concluded with Shinra Kusakabe and Inca Kasugatani experiencing the pre-cataclysm world and the anime breaking the fourth wall. Part 1 left the fans hanging with a major cliffhanger, but it was not long before the showrunners announced Fire Force Season 3 Part 2, along with a teaser and a key visual.
Fire Force Season 3 Part 2 Release Window Confirmed
Fire Force Season 3 Part is scheduled to release in January 2026. While Part 1 was released in the 2025 Summer, the 2026 Winter window has been chosen for the beginning of the end of Fire Force. Unfortunately, the exact release date has not been announced yet, but officials may announce it during the fall of the current year. It can be speculated that Part 2 will have the same release time as Part 1, which is on Saturdays at 1:53 AM (JST).
What To Expect From Fire Force Season 3 Part 2?
The teaser for Fire Force Season 3 Part 2 was just 18 seconds long, but it was more than enough to reveal what the upcoming part will be bringing to the table. Shinra, Dragon, Arthur Boyle, Sumire, Hibana, and the Evangelist were featured in the trailer, and surprisingly, each of them had different expressions on their faces. The upcoming part will most likely feature Dragon in action, but the question is who is going to stop him. Then there is Sumire Sugita, who has been alive for centuries and has answers to several raging questions not only among the fandom but also within the anime.
Since it is the last run of the anime, fans can expect to see Shinra living up to his potential as the protagonist. However, it is unknown how he is going to achieve it since he is currently in a state of shock. Nonetheless, Fire Force Season 3 Part 2 will feature a full-out war between good and evil, with the White Clad being the latter. There will be a lot of action, emotions, and power-ups, along with great animation and some major revelations!
