The One Piece fandom was pretty heartbroken when it was announced during chapter 1160’s release that there would be a week’s gap before chapter 1161’s release. However, with One Piece returning this week, the spoilers to chapter 1161 have already been released, and there is some major information regarding the God Valley Incident. Eiichiro Oda has started to narrate the God Valley incident, with fighting between different factions commencing. The spoilers to the upcoming chapter also revealed multiple matchups showcasing how crucial the incident was in shaping the future.
Whitebeard Indirectly Secures Monkey D. Luffy’s Future As A Pirate
One Piece 1161 spoilers revealed that Monkey D. Dragon came face-to-face with the tall lady God’s Knight, with dual color hair, horns, sharp teeth, fangs, glasses, and a cigar. Unfortunately, the former was just a rookie at that time and incurred a crushing defeat by getting wrecked by the beam shot by the Lady God’s Knight. While the God’s Knight was about to land the final blow, Whitebeard unintentionally saved Dragon from her.
It is quite interesting to see Whitebeard saving Dragon, who saves Shanks, who further saves and inspires Monkey D. Luffy to become a pirate. With this scenario, Eiichiro Oda drew a full circle that came to an end with Luffy teaming up with Whitebeard during the Paramount War to save Portgas D. Ace.

Rocks D. Xebec Getting Betrayed Officially Commenced The God Valley Incident
Rocks D. Xebec came to God Valley to save his family, but he was met by pirates who betrayed him. Only Whitebeard, Charlotte Linlin, and Kaido remained loyal to him and began fighting those who had betrayed him. It was at that moment that Monkey D. Garp arrived and started to fight them. Linlin tried to use her fire attack on him, but it was not enough to stop the Vice Admiral.
Unfortunately, the trio saw that fighting Garp would be a waste of time, so they ran away, whilst Kaido was still in favor of wanting to fight Garp. Then the Roger Pirates pulled up, and with the big names all arriving at the scene, the official battle between the Roger Pirates and the Rocks Pirates (Whitebeard, Linlin, Kaido, and Shiki) commenced.
Shakky Finds Her Man
Elsewhere, Shakuyaku tried to take advantage of the ruckus and run away. However, she was caught by Saint Shepherd Sommers, who proved to be way stronger than her. At that moment, Rayleigh arrived and saved her from the God’s Knight. He launched a powerful attack and knocked him out. Previously, it was shown that Rayleigh was the only one Shakky had eyes on, and this incident completely wins her over. Unfortunately, Gol D. Roger and Scopper Gaban were left heartbroken after witnessing the incident.
