What is the Ninja Village in One Punch Man?
The Ninja Village was a secret underground organization established by ‘THAT MAN’, aka Empty Void, and its entire structure resembles that of a mysterious cube. It recruits children under 17 yrs of age and trains them in martial arts and swordsmanship. Instead of a hero academy like in My Hero Academia, the village serves as a brutal survival camp. Children are trained for over a decade and are pushed beyond human limits. Only those who endure extreme mental and physical stress are allowed to graduate.
The village’s purpose was to create soldiers for ‘God’. It has operated for decades, quietly shaping the world from the shadows. Successful graduates are then sold to criminal organizations and private clients as assassins or mercenaries.

Ninja Village Brutal Training Regimen
The Ninja Village was a cruel place where children were trained for a decade in brutal conditions. Each day lasted 72 hours, with only 6 hours of sleep. The food was tasteless, there was no contact with the outside world, and emotions or friendships were completely banned. Talking to others was not allowed, and graduates were told to kill each other if they ever met again on the field. Flashy Flash described it as a living hell, though some ninjas still feel loyalty towards the village. Trainees were not allowed to leave the village. One could only leave after completing the training and obtaining permission to graduate.
The training focused on superhuman speed, reflex development, stealth, assassination techniques, ninjutsu-based combat styles, psychological conditioning to erase fear and hesitation, etc. This environment forged monsters just as effectively as it produced heroes.
Ninjas in the village were split into five classes based on their abilities. Class One had the strongest students and got the easiest training, while Class Five had the weakest and faced the harshest training. Flashy Flash purposely performed poorly so he would be placed in Class Five and receive the toughest training.

What is the Ninja Village Final 44 Incident?
Flashy Flash and Speed-o-Sound Sonic were in the 44th Graduation Class, and during training, the two became close. During a mission to kill enhanced beasts, Sonic shared his intention to overthrow the corrupt Ninja Village and build something better, and Flash agreed to help. Without the village knowing, Flash started acting on this plan, and as he grew stronger, he wiped out the instructors, staff, classmates, and almost everyone connected to the corrupt system. The only one he spared was Sonic, whom he poisoned to keep him out of the rampage. Thanks to his harsh Class Five training, Sonic survived.
