The History of Seitei War Revealed in Kagurabachi Chapter 66

Kagurabachi chapter 66, titled โ€˜Truth,โ€™ featured how the Seitei War came to be. While discussing Seiichi Samura, Chihiro Rokuhira mentioned the Seitei War to Iori Samura. He mentioned that about two decades ago, a new island appeared on the South East Sea. The island was named Shokoku. A new material called Datenseki originated from the island. Later, Datenseki was used to build the Enchanted Blades.

Even though Datenseki is toxic by nature, the inhabitants of the island are unaffected by it. Learning about the raw material, people outside started to invade the island. A year and five months later, master swordsmith and Chihiroโ€™s father, Kunishige Rokuhira, forged the enchanted blades. Using the blades, the enemies were wiped out, and the invasion ended. Out of the selected Enchanted Blade users, Seiichi Samura was one of them.

Kyoto Bloodshed Hotel’s Policy Has Been Compromised

The Kyoto Bloodshed Hotel was introduced in Kagurabachi chapter 65 when Iori Samura was brought there to keep her safe. The hotelโ€™s policy prevents any kind of sorcerer or bloodshed from taking place inside the compound. However, chapter 66 ended with that policy being compromised by the Hishaku sorcerers. Toto summoned Hiruhiko inside the hotel lobby. Watching her use sorcery, one of the guards warned and was about to draw his sword.

But before he could land a blow, Hiruhiko decapitated him. It created a ruckus inside the Kyoto Bloodshed Hotel. The chapter ended with Yojiro Sengoku drawing his sword, revealing that there would be bloodshed inside the hotel because of the Hishaku sorcerers breaking the hotelโ€™s policy. While the Hishaku sorcerers used sorcery inside the hotel, Chihiro and Ro were about to use sorcery on the rooftop of the hotel. The rooftop is basically outside of the hotel, so they were not breaking any policies.

Kagurabachi is available on Viz Media and Shueishaโ€™s Manga Plus.
