One Piece chapter 1142 spoilers are out, and Eiichiro Oda has yet another great chapter. After watching a freed Loki at the end of One Piece chapter 1141, fans were excited to see how the story would unfold in the upcoming chapter. The spoilers revealed that the Holy Knights have taken their first step toward hurting Elbaf, with Loki showcasing his abilities. The last chapter revealed Ragnir to be his weapon. The Kanji of Ragnir loosely translates to “Thunder and Iron,” which led to several fan theories claiming to be related to Thor.
Elbaf’s Peace Compromised
One Piece chapter 1142 spoilers revealed that the cover story features Who’s Who getting struck down by Yamato’s Thunder Bagua. The chapter begins with a giant snake named Jormungandr attacking the Walrus School. But thanks to Saul and Headmaster Kiba, they managed to take Jormungandr down.
Gunko uses the Aro Aro no Mi’s ability to bind the giant children and take them to the beach through sleepwalking. At the school, whatever the children feared the most came to life as doodle-like monsters. Those monsters resemble Black Nika, Dragon, Loki, and more. Watching these, Ange remembers teaching the children about drawing their greatest fears.
Loki’s Might Unleashed
One Piece chapter 1141 saw Loki standing up, holding Ragnir, with his legs still cuffed. The spoilers for chapter 1142 revealed Loki ordering Monkey D. Luffy to free him completely by unlocking the cuffs on his legs. He then warns them that if they do not follow his orders, then he is powerful enough to destroy Elbaf with his legs cuffed. Saying this, he strikes Ragnir into the Adam Tree, which triggers a lightning strike from the sky, starting a fire.
Elsewhere, the Holy Knights are keeping an eye on everything from a distance. In the last panel, Saint Sommers of House Shepherd asks Gunko what she is most fearful of, and the latter replies, “Nika.” Unfortunately, fans will have to wait for an extra week since there will be a break next week.
