The Monster Association is the direct competitor of the Hero Association in One Punch Man. Under the leadership of King Orochi and Psykos, the Monster Association has created numerous monsters and recruited a few, thereby forming a powerful faction. The top members of the faction possess unique abilities that can easily rival the S-Class Heroes. Here is a list of all the top members of the Monster Association in One Punch Man, who are not only strong but also a Dragon-level threat.
1. Monster King Orochi

Monster King Orochi is one of the strongest antagonists in One Punch Man. He is a colossal monster with red skin and yellow eyes. He has a large tail, and spikes are emerging from various parts of his body. Orochi is a heartless monster who is quite intelligent, with a stern attitude, who keeps the monsters in check.
Monster King Orochi has immense physical strength, speed, and reflexes, and is resistant to heat. He can grow and metamorphose, allowing him to become stronger and bigger. Orochi can not only absorb Earth’s energy but also other beings, helping him to evolve and regenerate. He can use projectiles, fire, and water-based techniques, making him a Dragon-level threat to the Hero Association.
2. Psykos

Psykos is also the leader of the Monster Association and is an expert esper. She is a woman wearing glasses and has blue hair. Psykos is a cunning individual and conducts experiments to fulfil her scientific curiosity.
Psykos does not have the strength similar to Orochi, but her esper qualities can even make Tatsumaki sweat. She can perform psykokinesis, manipulate gravity, shoot energy projectiles, and immobilize targets using psychic binds. Psykos can also perform telepathy and clairvoyance. She also created an elixir that increases by psychic abilities, making her an absolute menace.
3. Black Sperm

Black Sperm is one of the strongest individuals within the Monster Association. He has one of the simplest designs with a black body and a white and pale face with black eyes. He has a tail and an antenna-like thing on his head. Black Sperm is arrogant and is pretty confident in his abilities as a monster.
Even though he looks pretty simple, he is a Dragon-level threat with enhanced physical prowess. His speed and reflexes are unmatched when he transforms into Platinum Sperm. Being a monster, he can regenerate, replicate, and shapeshift. He is a genius when it comes to hand-to-hand combat, and when the time comes, all of his replication comes together and transforms into Golden Sperm. To take it a step further, he transformed into Platinum Sperm, which can easily take on S-Class Heroes.
4. Evil Natural Water aka Evil Mineral Water

Evil Natural Water is a monster that was accidentally created by Gyoro Gyoro. It is a water body, and can take any shape it wants. After fusing with the Ocean, it became Evil Ocean Water. Since it was created artificially, it does not have any intelligence and is controlled by Psykos. Evil Natural Water is feared within the Monster Association due to its destructive abilities.
Being a water body, it can shoot water projectiles, shapeshift, be resistant to freezing, and has enhanced speed and reflexes. It can absorb others, causing them to be drawn, and control everything within the water bodies. Evil Natural Water is almost unkillable since it is liquid, with only the top S-Class Heroes possessing the ability to contain it.
5. Homeless Emperor

Homeless Emperor is a human being with long and frizzy hair and a beard. He wears a normal shirt and trousers with a large cape. Initially, Homeless Emperor was a normal guy who was humiliated at work and fired. However, after gaining powers from “God,” he became arrogant and took it upon himself to defeat all the S-Class Heroes.
Thanks to the powers granted to him by God, Homeless Emperor turned out to be one of the strongest individuals in One Punch Man. His physical abilities drastically improved, especially his speed and strength. He can shoot energy projectiles and also control the trajectory of those projectiles. Homeless Emperor unlimited supply of energy projectiles and can kill multiple heroes within seconds.

6. Führer Ugly aka President Ugly

Führer Ugly is also a human being with a grotesque and chubby figure. His face is pretty weird, and he wears a dark school uniform, which fails to cover his overgrown belly. Führer Ugly is a jealous human being who hates himself for being born with such a bizarre body. His inferiority complex turned him into a monster and made him sadistic.
Führer Ugly is a large monster with immense physical prowess, speed, and reflexes. His stamina and durability are unmatched, and he can withstand multiple attacks. His inferiority complex helps him transform into an even stronger being, causing each cell in his body to mutate. Führer Ugly is a hand-to-hand combat specialist, and when injured can heal himself.
7. Gouketsu

Gouketsu was a martial artist, wearing a black keikogi and a black belt around his waist. He was a muscular man with a scar on his left cheek that extended to his upper lip and spiked hair. After becoming a monster, he developed multiple red eyes with white and yellow pupils, and large and sharp teeth. Gouketsu has a calm personality and has a calculative nature. Occasionally, he has also showcased his monster side, highlighting his arrogant and cruel self.
Even as a monster, Gouketsu maintained his love for martial arts and used it to fight others. On top of it, his physicality was enhanced, along with durability. He also has keen perception, allowing him to determine a person’s strength upon looking at them. Gouketsu could also create and distribute monster cells, making monsters in the process.
8. Elder Centipede

Elder Centipede is a massive centipede with sharp fangs that could pierce anything. It has a large body with a hard and violet exoskeleton, and its stomach is black in color. It has a small face on its forehead and multiple yellow eyes surrounding it. Elder Centipede is quite tactical in battle and avoids pointless fights.
Being a monster, Elder Centipede has all the enhanced physical abilities. Thanks to its hard exoskeleton, it is immune to most attacks. It can also regenerate, shed its outer shell, and has extremely acidic digestive fluids that can disintegrate anything upon touch. Due to its massive body, wherever the Elder Centipede goes, destruction follows it.
9. Gums

Gums is a rotund creature with a gluttonous body. It has no eyes or ears, just a mouth, two hands, and two legs. Gums cannot talk but can understand speech. Thanks to his gluttonous nature, he is always focused on devouring things, and irritated and angry when he is interrupted while eating.
Gums is a Dragon-level threat, with an appetite that can digest anything it eats. He also possesses the basic monster abilities. Apart from that, he is quite stealthy, elastic, and has a great healing factor. Gums mostly uses his limbs and mouth to attack his targets.
10. Nyan
- Affiliation: Executive Member
Nyan is a large cat-shaped monster who is quite sinister. He wears a bell around his neck and has all the animal-like features that make him the perfect monster to infiltrate places. Nyan is arrogant and intelligent, and only attacks people against whom he can win. He does not fight a losing battle and prefers to escape the situation.
Nyan is a powerful monster possessing all the qualities that a monster should possess, including immense strength, speed, durability, and reflexes. His claws are so strong that they can generate shockwaves, causing nearby buildings to be destroyed. He is resistant to gases and uses his feline nature to his advantage while fighting.
11. Overgrown Rover aka Overgrown Pochi
- Affiliation: Executive Member
Overgrown Rover is a dog monster with six glowing eyes and pitch black fur. Since it has the nature of a dog, it can be trained. Overgrown Rover is diligent and intelligent, and does not show hostility to others until provoked.
The monster is a Dragon-level threat, with the ability to shoot a barrage of energy projectiles from his mouth. Along with all the abilities of a monster, Overgrown Rover has great senses, but lacks a proper fighting style.
