In One Piece Chapter 1131, Luffy descends in the Underworld, a prison-like section of War Island. He meets Loki here, who proposes a deal to him. In exchange of his information on Shanks, Luffy will have to free him from the seastone shackles binding him. The Strawhats on the ship of the Giant Warrior Pirates have almost reached the island. The ones stranded on the rope bridge are pursued by Road who is being pursued by Gerd and Goldberg. The chapter ends on a cliffhanger when it is revealed that Saul has collapsed with no signs of recovery who happens to be a figure very dear to Robin.
