One Piece Episode 1125 saw the conclusion of Sentomaru vs. Kizaru, with the latter practically annihilating the former. The Vice-admirals landed on Egghead and destroyed the Pacifistas and Sea Beasts. After defeating Sentomaru, Kizaru reached the dome of the island where the Straw Hats and Dr. Vegapunk are.
On his way, he encountered Luffy’s group and tried to launch an attack on them. However, Luffy kicked him and said they were a hundred times stronger than in the Sabaody Archipelago. With so much going around in Egghead Part 2, the upcoming episodes will double up the entertainment as well as the action.

The upcoming One Piece episode is titled “Approaching Despair! Admiral Kizaru’s Melancholic Mission.” The episode preview featured Bartholomew Kuma’s original body going berserk on Mariejois, and Fleet Admiral Akainu had to use force against him. However, as the episode name sounds, it will feature more than just Kuma and Akainu.
One Piece Episode 1125 highlighted that Kizaru and Vegapunk had known each other for a long time, and even though Kizaru defeated Sentomaru, he is his uncle. He has some connection to the greatest mind in One Piece, and he might feel some strain on his heart while hunting for Vegapunk. Monkey D. Garp also went through something similar during the Marineford War, but Sengoku was there to stop him.
Kizaru has no one to stop him emotionally, but Luffy is there to challenge him. Given how things are progressing, One Piece might focus on his backstory in the upcoming episode and reveal the connection Sentomaru, Vegapunk, and Kizaru shared.
