1. Hack
Hack is a member of the Revolutionary Army, where he works as a martial arts instructor. Hack is a fish man and has ten times the strength of human beings. He first showed his strength in the Gladiator tournament in the Dressrosa Arc.
He is also a master of the Fishman Karate, that why he was chosen to be a combat instructor. Apart from Karate, Hack is also a master of Fishman Jujutsu, a style which focuses on grappling and throwing techniques.
2. Lindbergh
Lindbergh, a cat mink, is a member of the Revolutionary Army and the commander of the South Army. He is a natural-born warrior and can use Electro as he is from the Mink Tribe.
Lindbergh is a great inventor and can be compared to characters like Vegapunk, Franky, and Queen. He has invented things like lasers and jetpacks, which help him fight.
He is also a great marksman and carries weapons like Cool Shooter, which freezes people, and laser shooter, which can easily melt through solid objects.

Morley is a giant who is a member of the Revolutionary Army and commands the West Army. Morley is a newkama and speaks in a very polite and feminine manner. She consumed a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, Oshi Oshi no Mi, which allows him to manipulate the ground like clay.
With this ability, she can travel around underground with ease and strike foes by shoving chunks of earth onto them, as the ground seems to retain its hardness and weight. Morley is also able to use the abilities of Armament and Observation Haki.

Inazuma is also a newkama and a member of the Revolutionary Army. He is the deputy commander of the G Army and works for Iva as her second in command. Inazuma has a dual identity of male and female, which can be easily identified with his orange and white symmetrical clothes.
Inazuma ate a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, known as Choki Choki no Mi, which allows its user to transform part of their body, especially hands, into a pair of scissors. These scissors can cut through all solid objects like concrete and metal. The cut-ups can also be manipulated and used as weapons.
6. Karasu
Karasu is one of the executive officers of the Revolutionary Army and the commander of the North Army. He is one of the strongest characters in the list and has consumed the Susu Susu no Mi (soot-soot), a Logia-type Devil Fruit.

The fruit provides the person with paw pads like a bear, which grants him the ability to repel any physical attacks with the speed of light. The user can also produce compressed air bubbles, which give out massive shock waves upon contact.
8. Emporio Ivankov
Ivankov (Iva), aka Okama king, aka Miracle Person, the queen of the Kamabakka, is one of the founding members of the Revolutionary Army and the leader of the G Army.
Iva consumed the Horm-Horm, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, after the events of the God Valley Incident. The Fruit allows him to create hormones that can manipulate other people’s bodies. Iva can also turn his fingers into syringes, which are used to transfer these special hormones.
The fruit gives him powers like enhancing any body part, changing a person’s gender, boosting the immune system, and removing poisons. Iva is also the grandmaster of a martial art, Newkama Kenpo. His technique, Death Wink, is an extremely powerful wink that creates shockwaves.
9. Sabo
Sabo is the sworn brother of Luffy and Ace. He is the chief of staff in the Revolutionary Army and is second in command after Monkey D. Dragon. After the death of Portgas D. Ace, he now owns the power of Mera Mera no Mi (Flame-Flame) Devil Fruit.
After the events of Levely, Sabo became famous as the Flame Emperor. Apart from Devil Fruit’s abilities, he is able to use Armament Haki and Observation Haki.
