Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow episode 6 was released on February 9, 2025, at 12:00 AM (JST). There was a lot of hype going around this episode after episode 5 aired. Episodes 5 and 6 covered the Hunters Guild Gate Arc, with the latest episode featuring Sung Jinwoo going solo against the army of the High Orcs.
He not only defeated the army of the High Orcs but also killed Kargalgan along with his four generals. On top of everything, the protagonist extracted their shadows and created an even stronger army. On the occasion of attaining new shadows, Solo Leveling released new shadow visuals of four of his strongest soldiers, including the leader of the High Orcs.
Sung Jinwoo’s Strongest Shadows Are Revealed In Stunning New Visuals
After becoming a player in the system, Sung Jinwoo gained multiple abilities. One of those abilities is to extract shadows of creatures that the protagonist has killed. Due to this ability, Jinwoo was able to raise an army of shadow soldiers who aided him in his battles. In Solo Leveling season 2, episode 6, he extracted the shadow of Kargalgan, the leader of the High Orcs.
Kargalgan is one of the strongest foes he ever faced, and as a result, his shadow is also quite strong. After the episode’s release, the official website of Solo Leveling revealed new stunning shadow visuals of the shadow soldiers. These new visuals included four of Jinwoo’s shadow soldiers – Igris, Iron, Tank, and Tusk (Kiba). It featured a clear visual of their face and structure.
Who Are The Four Shadows In The Newly Revealed Shadow Visuals?
The four shadow soldiers whose visuals were released are as follows:
- Igris (Igrit, Ygritte) – Igris is the first powerful shadow soldier of Sung Jinwoo. Sung Jinwoo barely managed to defeat him and extract his shadow. Fortunately, Igris was wielding a wooded sword otherwise, it might have been impossible for Jinwoo to defeat. People can recognize Igris with a long red piece of cloth hanging from the back of his head and visibly has no mouth.
- Tank – Tank was the leader of the Ice Bears that Sung Jinwoo encountered in the first episode of Solo Leveling Season 2, episode 1. After killing the leader, he extracted his shadow and named him Tank. He is quite ferocious and one of his strongest soldiers. Tank can be easily recognized since he is a bear.
- Iron – Iron is the shadow of White Tiger Guild’s A-Rank Hunter Kim Chul. In an attempt to kill Sung Jinwoo, died and got his shadow extracted. His shadow proved to be a great help in defeating the leader of the Ice Elves, Baruka. Tank can be recognized with the help of a massive shield that he carries in his left hand. He also has huge horns.
- Tusk (Fang, Kiba) – Tusk is the latest addition to Sung Jinwoo’s list of shadow soldiers. He is the shadow of Kargalgan. After defeating him, Jinwoo extracted his shadow and named him Tusk. Unlike other shadow soldiers on this list, Tusk can be visually differentiated due to the red marks on his body. He also has a necklace made of skulls.
