Sakamoto Days features numerous powerful characters who can end multiple opponents with a single, swift strike. Since the manga is based on assassins, it is justified for Yuto Suzuki to introduce multiple strong characters to keep the balance of the plot and make it exciting. While fans love characters like Taro Sakamoto, Yoichi Nagumo, Shin Asakura, etc., the manga also offers several female characters who are equally strong and possess unique abilities that make them special. While some belong to the team protagonist, others are the bad guys of the manga. With that thought, here is a list of all the strongest female characters in Sakamoto Days.

1. Etsuko Satoda

Etsuko Satoda is probably the strongest female character in Sakamoto Days. She was a former assassin under the JCC, but later took up teaching at the JCC. She was the sensei of Taro Sakamoto, Yoichi Nagumo, and Rion Akao. Etsuko Satoda was an elderly woman with black hair, yellow eyes, a pearl necklace around her neck, round earrings, and a ring on her right index finger. Being a former assassin, she excelled at every aspect, and even the young trio of assassins could not defeat her.

She carried a traditional Japanese knife called a Tanto as her primary weapon. Even though she has gotten slower with age, she could still easily keep up with others when it came to speed, durability, strength, and reflexes. It showed how powerful Etsuko Satoda was in her prime, especially since she had a record of returning uninjured from every mission she had ever gone to. Etsudo Satoda uses a special technique called Aikido, which is used to redirect or nullify attacks with minimal effort. Her perception skills can shock anyone since she was able to recognize others’ abilities with ease.

2. Rion Akao

Rion Akao was one of Taro Sakamoto’s classmates during his days at JCC. The duo, along with Yoichi Nagumo, were considered to be a gang and excelled at assassinations. Rion can be recognized by her tall, slender figure, blue hair, and always smoking a cigarette. She is a carefree person who likes to enjoy her time with friends, barely thinking about the world.

When it comes to assassinations, she is one of the skilled individuals in Sakamoto Days. Not only was she a master marksman and combatant, but she also had a special ability to see the paths that an opponent would take against her. It helped in predicting their movements and countering accordingly. Being a skilled assassin, Rio Akao had enhanced speed, reflexes, and endurance. Unlike Sakamoto, who makes weapons out of his surroundings, Rion preferred a gun and a knife.

3. Osaragi

Osaragi is one of the members of the JAA and the Order, with long hair and an expressionless face. Osaragi is often seen to be dependent on Shishiba, another Order member, due to her tendency to act on impulse. She is fond of eating, especially pork cutlets, or any other snacks, before going on a mission.

Osaragi’s background reveals her to be a prodigy as she was raised on a farm without any connection to assassins, yet turned out to be one of the deadliest ones ever. Apart from having enhanced speed, strength, and durability, he is also shown to be capable in combat. The female assassin uses a collapsible buzzsaw as her primary weapon, carrying it everywhere within a suitcase.

4. Dump

Dump was one of the death row inmates who came to Japan with the help of Slur. She has short, white hair and is likely from Latin America. Dump has a weird fetish and is always finding love. She is fascinated by it and finds people to be the cutest when they are on the verge of death. She is a dangerous woman with 180 murders to her name, along with armed robbery and illegal disposal of bodies. Dump is pretty skilled in killing people, and during her fight against Osaragi, she was revealed to be a cyborg. In the past, she had mechanical spikes embedded in her body, making them come out upon her wish.

5. Lu Xiaotang

Lu Xiaotang is the heir of the Triad Family and one of the members of the extended Sakamoto family. She is a young woman with long scarlet hair and fair skin. Lu Xiaotang is a strong woman and is seen to single-handedly defeat Obiguro and save Shin Asakura. She is great at martial arts and has high alcohol tolerance, which grants her the ability to drink pure ethanol without any side effects. In a drunken state, Lu is shown to use Drunken Fist Style, making her more powerful than she already is. She uses different forms like Happy Drunk, Angry Drunk, or Crying Drunk based on her mood.

6. Kumanomi

A major antagonist, formerly raised at Al-Kamar Orphanage and a part of X’s organization, Kumanomi is one of the strongest female assassins in Sakamoto Days. Kumanomi can be recognized by her lime green hair with crescent moon earrings. She has green eyes and yellow pupils, with a prosthetic right arm.

Kumanomi has an extreme personality where she either sees a person as a friend or an enemy, and nothing in between. A powerful combatant, enhanced speed, strength, and durability, Kumanomi has every quality that a master assassin possesses. Kumanomi wears electromagnetic gloves on either of her hands, allowing her to weaponize her surroundings. She can control almost every metallic object, using them either to defend or attack. After getting the prosthetic arm, her electromagnetic abilities improved, making her more potent.

7. Akira Akao

Akira Akao is the niece of Rion Akao and a student at the JCC. She resembles her aunt in looks with turquoise hair, blue eyes, and yellow eyes with white pupils. Rion taught her to see the paths of her opponent’s movements, which shocked Taro Sakamoto and Etsuko Satoda. She has shown signs of being a talented assassin and is exceptional in doing housework like sewing, cleaning, and laundry. Like her aunt, Akira also prefers using a pistol as her primary weapon.
