Gachiakuta has introduced multiple characters within 11 episodes, setting a clear path for the narrative. One of the characters that was introduced was Tamsy Caines, a cleaner from Team Eager. Tamsy made his debut when Team Eager and Team Akuta went on a mission to investigate the mysterious lady of Penta (The Desert No Man’s Land). Tamsy is one of the most reliable members amongst the cleaners and has a nonchalant personality, and has become accustomed to life on the Ground.
He is a tall guy with long blonde hair tied in a bun, with several strands of hair sticking in different directions. The cleaner has easily been identified with his pupilless eyes and a large scar on the right side of his face. He has a piercing on his chin and has a blue headdress. Tamsy wears the regular Cleaners coat and underneath wears a white shirt and blue tie. His trousers are oversized, similar to his coat. Tamsy’s looks and attire are not the only unique things about him. His Vital Instruments and their abilities are also unique.

Tamsy Caines Has Two Vital Instruments
As mentioned above, Tamsy Caines’ abilities are unique, especially since he has two Vital Instruments. The first one is a Tokushin, a long rod with threads tied on its top, and the second is the Watchman Series Book. The first one is the Vital Instrument that was awakened when he became a Giver, and the second is more of a secret.
1. Tokushin
The Vital Instrument is especially handy when trapping opponents and immobilizing them. The thread on top of it extends in different directions, trapping individuals who are around it. The more they struggle, the difficult it gets to get out of it. Once the opponents have been immobilized, Tamsy uses Spool to capture them.
Another one of his attacks includes Unravel, in which he unravels the spool at high speed, throwing the people trapped in it in different directions, causing them to collide with the ground and nearby structures. Lastly, the Tokushin can also be used to create Thread Clones. These thread clones are humanoid creatures made from threads and have wings on their backs. Tamsy can control them by holding a single thread coming out of them.
2. Watchman Series Book
The Watchman Series Book, or Watchman Book, is one of the most powerful Vital Instruments in Gachiakuta, belonging to the Watchman Series. The book can be used to alter the memories of individuals on whom it is used.
Tamsy’s Secret Identity Got Him The Watchman Series Book
There is a reason why Tamsy Caines has two Vital Instruments, and it will shock many Gachiakuta fans. He got the Watchman Series Book from Regto after he killed him. Yes, Tamsy is the masked killer named Angel for whom Rudo’s sufferings began. Although Tamsy Caines is one of the Cleaners, he is, in fact, the overarching antagonist of the series, who loves to see Rudo Surebrec suffer and orchestrates situations accordingly.
Tamsy can travel between the Ground and the Sphere through the tall tower in Penta, which is Amo Empool’s residence. Also, he is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to the Watchman Series.
