An anime adaptation has been officially announced for “Tomb Raider King Manhwa based on Sanji Jiksong’s web novel series “Dogul-wang.”. The announcement was made in an event held at Anime Expo 2024, marking the anime to premiere in 2026. The announcement was made by the author & illustrator through a post on X (formerly, Twitter).
Tomb Raider King Manhwa Synopsis
The story follows the sudden appearance of mysterious tombs containing powerful relics worldwide. These relics grant immense supernatural power to the person holding them. Joo-Heon is a tomb explorer, excavator, and raider. He was betrayed by his employer and left to die by the power of a new relic.
However, he gets a second chance as he gets teleported 15 years back in the time before the relics appeared. Retaining his memory and experiences of the future, Joo-Heon sets on a journey to possess all relics and get his revenge.
