With the White Clads making their moves first in Fire Force Season 3, the protagonists were left a bit shocked. Not only did they join with the Tokyo Empire, but Haumea also managed to pull Leonard Burns, the Captain of the Special Fire Force Company 1, to their side. On top of everything, the White Clad also arrested Akitaru Obi, with authorization from the Tokyo Empire.
Fire Force Season 3 Episode 2 featured a captainless Fire Force Company 8 embarking on a journey to free Obi from prison. However, one of the scenes featured Obi meeting Gold in the prison. Even though White Clad members have weird personalities, for Gold, it is her abilities that make her stand out from the rest. Just like her name, her ability revolves around gold.
Who Is Gold?
Gold is one of the members of the White Clad, who was formerly associated with The Destroyers/Butchers division of the faction. She is an assassin who uses her abilities to kill the Captain of Special Fire Force Company 4, Soichiro Hague. She dons the common White Clad outfit, with an alchemical symbol on her forehead, which is the symbol for Gold. Resembling her name, Gold wears a gold gauntlet on her right hand. She has round and dark eyes with certain cross-like markings around her eyes.

What Abilities Does Gold Possess?
Unlike other Ignition Abilities in Fire Force that revolve around fire are something similar, Gold’s abilities help her take it one step further. Being a Third-generation pyrokinetic, Gold’s Ignition Ability allows her to heat gold and control the surrounding magnetic fields subsequently. Due to her ability to control magnetic fields, she can practically manipulate any metal and make them levitate or change course in mid-air.
Gold can change the trajectory of bullets after it is fired and use it to hit the one who fired in the first place. She is so potent that artificially enhanced blasts have next to no effect on her. Gold showcased her abilities during the Stigma arc and is currently playing the role of a secondary antagonist in the Obi’s Rescue arc. She is a crucial member of the White Clad, and defeating her is not everyone’s cup of tea.
