The secret behind the giant kaiju that has been causing problems for the protagonists of Dan Da Dan has finally been revealed in the finale of Dan Da Dan Season 2. Most people thought it to be some kind of alien, especially since it was growing in size and could become invisible using optical illusion. However, it was revealed that the kaiju is merely a robot controlled by an alien named Bamora.
Bamora is a female Sumerian, hailing from Sumer. If her real identity surprised everyone, then people should just wait to hear the reason behind her attacking Momo and Okarun. It will be a shocking turn of events, especially for Okarun, since he has no idea what is coming his way.
Bamora Is the Sole Surviving Sumerian
Bamora, being a Sumerian, is the beginning and conclusion of his home planet. She is the only survivor of the Sumerian race, barely escaping an invasion of Sumer. Even though she is an alien, Bamora looks exactly like a normal human, and only the two antennas make her differentiable from them. She has short blonde hair with two pink antennas sticking out from her head. The antennas are in the shape of a dandelion. Her eyes are sparkling green. Bamoraโs attire includes a black and white body suit with open shoulders. Her hands are covered with long white gloves, which are likely a part of the body suit. She is seen wearing matching thigh-length shoes with black borders.
Bamoraโs trauma of experiencing the fall of her race has caused her to suffer from low self-esteem. She always feels guilty of being unable to help her race, even though she was only a child at that time. Overall, Bamora is a kindhearted, pretty friendly, and innocent alien. While she was introduced as a villain during the Kaiju Arc, she is quite compassionate towards other people. She dearly loved her adoptive mother, Banga, who saved her during the Kurโs invasion. Following her orders, she started travelling and fulfilled her motive.
Bamoraโs Combat Abilities Comes From Her Exosuit
Before getting separated, Banga gave Bamora the exosuit to use during combat, which has similar properties to the Nanoskin. It is the exosuit that transformed into a kaiju during the Kaiju Arc and attacked the protagonists. Having been made from alien technology, the exosuit has multiple features. One of its abilities helps Bamora in analyzing the environment using a heads-up display. It also allows her to enter an alternate dimension for aliens called Empty Space.
Other than these, the exosuit has enhanced strength, enhanced durability, can shoot electric projectiles, and alter its size, as seen during its debut. Apart from the kaiju mode, the exosuit also has a slaughter mode, in which the appearance of the kaiju changes to some sinister-looking reptile with longer arms, a bestial face, and more gigantic and muscular. It can also use its large tail for combat purposes. Thanks to its Nanoskin-type technology, Bamora can use the exosuit to replicate any clothing. While it is mostly used for combat purposes, these small uses make it easy for Bamora to travel.
Bamoraโs Desire Is To Find An Ideal Husband
Bamora came to Earth to find a husband. Banga advised her to find a strong male and take him as a husband, to revive the Sumerian race. Unfortunately, she never knew the romantic purpose of a husband, since she has only stayed with females until that point. For that reason, her search procedure is pretty rough, as seen during the anime.
After searching much, she found her ideal husband in Okarun, who is pretty strong, thanks to Turbo Granny. However, with time, she learnt more about the true meaning behind Bangaโs advice, discovering that a loving companion is as important as a strong one. After Momo Ayase and Aira Shiratori, it looks like Okarun has found another suitor in Bamora.
