All Known Giant Warrior Pirates Crew Members in One Piece

The Giant Warrior Pirates are one of the oldest and most fearsome groups of pirates in One Piece. It is more than a century old and has had multiple captains taking charge of the Pirate crew. Two of those captains happened to be Dorry and Brogy, whom the Straw Hats encountered on Little Garden. They soon became their allies, and later it was known that the Giant Warrior Pirates are also allies of the Red-Hair Pirates.

Being a group of giants, they are physically one of the strongest crews, and the bounty of their captains is well over a billion berries. Several giants have been associated with the Giant Warrior Pirates, and here is a list of all their known members.

Present Giant Warrior Pirates

1. Dorry

• Affiliation: Present Co-Captain

Dorry is one of the co-captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates, who was born 160 years ago on Elbaf. Currently, he is the third-tallest giant on Elbaf after Loki and Jarul, and one of the strongest giants. He is 22.6 metres tall and wears Viking attire, including a helmet, eye mask, and cape. Dorry has a muscular build and a large beard, reaching his waist.

Even though he is good at heart, his judgments are often clouded by his pride. He passionately follows the rules of his homeland, even when he is severely injured. Dorry’s primary weapon is a sword and shield, but he is also quite capable at hand-to-hand combat. Dorry’s sword is named Terry Sword, and he is a great swordsman. He has a strong will and can withstand Conqueror’s Haki. Due to a misunderstanding, he spent a hundred years of his life quarrelling and fighting with his co-captain, Brogy.

2. Brogy

• Affiliation: Present Co-Captain

Brogy is the other co-captain of the Giant Warrior Pirates, who spent 100 years of his life on Little Garden fighting his fellow co-captain, Dorry. Brogy’s stature is similar to that of a Sumo Wrestler, and like Dorry, he too wears a Viking outfit, with a helmet and cape. He has a wide grin and a pig-like nose, and a yellow beard shaped in the form of an axe’s blade.

Brogy is an honourable and kind-hearted giant, following the rules of his homeland, but often lets his pride get the better of his judgment. Brogy uses an axe and his shield as his primary weapons, with the former’s name being Bruiser Axe. He has immense physical strength and a strong will, making him one of the strongest giants.

3. Oimo

• Affiliation: Present Member

Oimo is one of the members of the Giant Warrior Pirates and is considered to be the thickest giant of all. He has orange flowing hair, a pig-like nose, and a Viking helmet on his head. Oimo is quite confident in his ability as a giant and is devoted to helping and serving his comrades and allies likewise. He is a strong giant and could tackle multiple opponents at once. He uses a large wooden club with metal studs as his weapon, which is able to knock down other giants.

Unfortunately, Oimo served for the World Government as guard of the Enies Lobby for almost a hundred years. He was tricked into doing it when the World Government lied to him about imprisoning Dorry and Brogy. He was extremely devastated at not being able to help his captains, but upon learning the truth, he joined them after helping the Straw Hats escape from the Enies Lobby.

4. Kashi

• Affiliation: Present Member

Kashi is a member of the Giant Warrior Pirates and suffered the same fate as Oimo. He was tricked into being the guard of the Enies Lobby by the World Government. With Viking attire, Kashi wields a large axe and has long dark hair. He is one of the few giants not wearing a cape, and his torso barely has a piece of cloth on.

Kashi is extremely loyal to his peers and is willing to do anything for them. Being a giant, he has superhuman strength and can destroy tall structures with ease. Initially, he was a member of the Giant Warrior Pirates, and after spending a century under false pretences, he joined them again.

5. Thormann

• Affiliation: Present Member

Thormann can be recognized by his long neck, which makes him a towering figure even amongst the giants. He has an attire similar to that of hoplites and has a thin mustache. Like most of the giants, he values the brotherhood shared among them and is quite concerned for his crewmates. He is considered to be a strong giant and is shown to wield a sword. However, nothing much is known about him since he was never featured in a combat.

There are several other members of the Giant Warrior Pirates, but most of the names remain unknown.

Former Giant Warrior Pirates

1. Jarul

• Affiliation: Former Co-Captain

Jarul, nicknamed “Mountain Beard,” is currently the oldest giant in Elbaf, with 408 years of age, and is a giant among the giants. He is twice Brogy’s height and has a long and bushy beard that covers most of his body. Jarul wears a helmet with carved horns, and it has a sword on it, which was stabbed in his head, and is stuck there (not shown in picture).

Jarul used to be one of the strongest giants during his time as a co-captain and is a respected hero throughout Elbaf. He has a kind demeanour and is a follower of militarism, even though he has an open mind.

2. Jorul

• Affiliation: Former Co-Captain

Jorul was regarded as a hero of the giants and led the Giant Warrior Pirates alongside Jarul. Jorul had a large moustache and beard, which came all the way down to the ground. His beard was in the shape of a waterfall, and it earned him the nickname of “Waterfall Beard” Jorul. Jorul loved children, valued warriors, and the ones who aspired to be warriors.

He was one of the strongest giants of his time and wielded a long sword. Unfortunately, he was mortally wounded by Charlotte Linlin 63 years ago when the latter went on a food craving rampage.

3. Raideen

• Affiliation: Former Member

Raideen was a part of the Giant Warrior Pirates almost 102 years ago. He was a tall giant with a helmet and eyepieces, and dark brown hair coming out from either side of the helmet. Unlike others, he wore a long coat made with thin fur. Raideen is believed to be a strong combatant as he used to train a young Hajrudin. He was also seen wielding a long sword, but his swordsmanship abilities remain unknown.

4. Kiba

Affiliation: Former Member

Kiba is the principal of the Walrus School in Elbaf, who used to be a member of the Giant Warrior Pirates. He is the most unique looking giant, with his face resembling a walrus. He is bald, has two large horns, wears glasses, and has two long tusks and whiskers on either side of his face. Kiba is a large giant and is quite protective of the giant children studying in his school.

Unlike most giants, Kiba is a rational person and is quite perceptive of things. He wields a large warhammer with two tusks coming out from its back. Unfortunately, age has taken a toll on his body as the giant’s fighting skills and stamina deteriorated, and he suffers from chronic back pain.

5. Blyue

• Affiliation: Former Member

Blyue is a non-canon character and a former member of the Giant Warrior Pirates who only appears in One Piece: Round the Land video game. Blyue has long red hair and a goatee, with a skull-shaped helmet, a green coat, and a furred scarf around his shoulder. He is the main antagonist of the game, who believes that his captains, Dorry and Brogy, drowned during a storm that destroyed their ship.

However, he thought his comrades had left him after the captains’ death, and it made him feel insulted. Blyue has the ability of the Mini Mini no Mi, which allows him to change his size at will. He also wields a horseman’s axe in his giant form.

There are several other giants who were once a part of the Giant Warrior Pirates, but their names remain unknown.
