Clevatess Episode 11 premiered on September 10, 2025, featuring the continuation of the deadly battle between Drel and Alicia. Fortunately, Rod Royes came to her aid with his ice-related abilities. While the battle was pretty exciting and marked a great way to reach its climax, the latest episode revealed a new magical item called the Book of Toah, aka Book of Toa.
Book of Toah is a mysterious item found at the Royal Furnace, which has dictated multiple incidents of Clevatess. Even the King of Hiden is bound to follow its command. Clevatess Episode 11 also mentioned that Heroes were stronger a millennium ago than today, hinting that the Book of Toah has something to do with it.
Book of Toah’s Role in the King of Hiden’s Life
The King of Hiden is a major figure in Clevatess Season 1, even though he was killed in the first episode. Recently, it was revealed that the King is alive, but surprisingly, he is carrying his severed head. Unknown to many, the King of Hiden was a puppet, as his duties had already been outlined in the Book of Toah. Even though he is a monarch, the King of Hiden’s will was controlled by the legendary and magical Book of Toah.
Every rule he made was a part of the Book’s will, including the selection of the Heroes and tasking them with killing the Lords of the Dark Beasts. Considered a true leader by his peers, the King of Hiden is, in reality, a tragic person controlled by something ancient and magical.
Truth Behind Book of Toah Controlling The Hiden Monarchs
Even though it sounds magical, there is a grim truth behind the King of Hiden’s resurrection. The Royal Line has a truth that it has kept secret for centuries, while performing a secret ceremony in accordance with it. The truth is that the Royal Furnace of Hiden is actually the Third Testament of the “Book of the Furnace,” which later transformed into the Royal Furnace.
Every time a new king is crowned, they would secretly go to the furnace and inscribe their names on the core of the furnace. After that, they would cast themselves into its violent flames, turning into ash. From there, the Book of Toah restores the King as its puppet. Unfortunately, the process has been going on for generations.
How Was King Of Hiden Able To Resurrect Himself?
King of Hiden never resurrected himself in the first place. After him, his son was going to become the King, but he committed suicide since he got overwhelmed by being a pawn and losing himself to the furnace’s will. As a result, King of Hiden remained on the throne for much longer, until he was killed by Clevatess. However, every new King needs to inscribe their name in the furnace, so when Clevatess killed him and abducted Luna, the latter’s name had not been inscribed yet. So, when Klen brought Luna to the furnace, the King of Hiden was resurrected, thanks to the will of the furnace.
