As War Devil Yoru attempts to attack The Aging Devil, he retaliates with a ‘Bang.’ Inhibitions suggest that the latter has a powerful attack that impacts Yoru. However, this is far from the truth, as she gets sent into another dimension. Further panels showcase her sinking into a dark abyss. As she slowly opens her eyes, Asa is seen at a river bank, where Denji lies unconscious.
Taken aback, War Devil Yoru takes over and attacks Denji countless amount of times, with all those attempts falling flat. Yoru then takes a step back with Asa reigning over her body. She is then approached by a man in skimpy clothing who welcomes her. He then informs her about the world she is in, calling it ‘A World The Aging Devil Created.’

Chainsaw Man Chapter 180: The Aging Devil’s Realm
The man reveals the details of his supposed devil-hunting days. He comments about his deepened laugh lines, which he uttered whilst passing a mirror. He narrates how he was transported into The Aging Devil’s world after he wrongly wished to make a contract with him.
This shocked Asa, who seemed to be traumatized. After the man reveals that he has been living in the Aging Devil’s world for the past 82 years, she realizes her possible fate. The man then notifies her about how his suicide attempts have failed numerous times.
After suggesting that there was a human being who managed to escape The Aging Devil’s world, he fails to expand when questioned further by Asa. He then calls her a hallucination followed by naming her ‘Ritsuko.’ The man proceeds to cling to a tree and yells his heart out, leaving Asa bewildered.
