Dan Da Dan Season 2 is scheduled to be released on July 3, 2025. After Season 1’s initial success, Season 2 was confirmed the day after the former concluded. It has been a few months since the first trailer was dropped, and now, on May 19, 2025, Dan Da Dan dropped the second trailer. Like the previous one, the latest one also features the Third Eye alongside the other characters.
The new trailer entertained the fans, featuring the battle between Turbo Granny Okarun and the Third Eye. The latter seemed to dominate the fight, much to the fear of Momo Ayase. However, the showstopper was the OP Theme Song, “Kakumei Dochu” (On the Way), performed by AiNA THE END. The trailer extensively featured the song, and the artist released a statement upon joining such a popular franchise.
Dan Da Dan Season 2 Trailer Brings New Visual Sequences For The Fans
Apart from the battle between Turbo Granny Okarun and the Third Eye, the trailer featured a new musician, Jin Enjoji, Taro, Seiko Ayase, and Momo Ayase in a never-before-seen maid costume. In addition to the dialogue, the background featured “Kakumei Dochu” (On the Way) in parts.
Like always, Science SARU’s animation was on point with a wide variety of colors. While Dan Da Dan belongs to the Supernatural genre and has a dark background, the animation studio still provided an aura around the characters, leading to different color palettes for all. The 1-minute 41-second trailer had fights, comedy, tension, rage, joy, and several other emotions, showcasing that the upcoming season will be a visual treat as well as packed with entertainment.

AiNA THE END Is Excited Regarding Dan Da Dan Season 2
The second trailer of Dan Da Dan Season 2 saw the revelation of AiNA THE END’s “Kakumei Dochu” getting featured as the OP Theme Song of the upcoming anime. Ahead of the anime’s release, the artist released a statement mentioning the feeling behind the song and what she thinks of Yukinobu Tatsu’s Dan Da Dan. She said,
This is AiNA THE END.
I have recently written the opening theme for the second season of Dan Da Dan, “Kakumei Dochu.”
I really love both the original work and the first season of Dandadan, and I’m happy to have this opportunity.
In “Kakumei Dōchu”, we filled the music with sentimental feelings of love while fighting and running to protect what is important to us.
It also represents the heart of Momo and Okarun, and has become a song that can encourage people who are in doubt. It’s my favorite song.
