The news about the collaboration has sent thrills through both worlds, especially since both collaborators are at the height of their popularity. MLB released a promotional video to officially commemorate the collaboration.

The spectacular and highly dramatic video featured several characters from both worlds, from Urokodaki Sakonji and Tanjiro Kamado to Shohei Ohtani and Shota Imanaga. However, the main attraction of the trailer was the way Demon Slayer-esque activities were implemented into MLB. With major events lined up for them, there could not be a better occasion to announce the collaboration.

However, they found a link through MLB coming to Japan for the World Tour Tokyo Series, and it remains one of the most popular sports in Japan, leaving behind the likes of soccer and volleyball.

MLB World Tour Tokyo Series Demon Slayer Collab

The MLB World Tour Tokyo Series will commence the pre-season with a match between Hanshin Tigers vs. Yomiuri Giants on March 15 and 16. However, the main attraction will be Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Chicago Cubs, scheduled to take place on March 18 and 19. There will also be exclusive merchandise surrounding the collaboration, which will be released during the MLB Tokyo Series.

While one part of the collaboration is busy with their upcoming matches, the franchise of the collaboration has something big in store for the fans. Demon Slayer has announced the release of the first movie of the trilogy. It is scheduled in Japan on July 18, 2025. However, the fans in the USA will have to wait a few months since it will be released in the USA on September 12, 2025.

The players put their bodies on the line to earn victory and etch their names in fans’ minds. However, it wonโ€™t be an easy task since they will have a lot of pressure on them, with millions of fans keeping watching them. Similarly, Tanjiro Kamado and the Hashiras will also be putting their lives on the line to stop the tyranny of Kibutsuji Muzan forever.
