While most people think it is a new ability of Sung Jinwoo, it is actually The System that does it. From the manhwa, people know that Jinwoo is the successor of the Shadow Monarch, Ashborn. Currently, The System is testing out whether the protagonist is worthy of attaining such a feat. So, when he asked Barca who he was exactly, it was The System who caused the time to rewind instead of Sung Jinwoo so that he did not learn about the Monarchs too early.
Why Is The System Preventing Sung Jinwoo From Knowing About The Monarchs?
