Dragon Ball Daima’s official website and X account unveiled the main trailer and 2nd Key Visual. The main trailer introduces new characters in the series and the “Jaka Jaan” opening theme by Zedd ft. C&K(Clievy & Keen). Alongside the main trailer, the Voice cast of the new characters introduced has also been announced.
Dragon Ball Daima’s main trailer gives us a glimpse into the Demon Realm and Goku teaming up with the newly introduced characters to fight the conspiracy brewing in the shadows.
Dragon Ball Daima Release Date and Time
As previously announced by Fuji TV, DB Daima will broadcast on Fridays starting October 11 at 11:40 pm JST. The world premiere of the series will happen at the Dragon Ball Daimatsuri event at Tokyo Big Sight on October 6.
Dragon Ball Daima New Characters and Voice Cast
New Characters in the Demon Realm are Supreme Kai(Mini), Glorio, and Panzy. The voice cast for the characters:
- Supreme Kai (Mini) – Yumiko Kobayashi
- Glorio – Koki Uchiyama
- Panzy – Fairouz Ai
Dragon Ball Daima Opening Theme Super Collaboration
The opening song “Jaka Jaan” was composed by Zedd feat. C&K. The lyrics are by Yukinojo Mori, who created Dragon Ball Z’s opening song CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA, and Dragon Ball Super’s opening song Genkai Toopa X Survivor. Zedd is a Grammy award-winning DJ/Producer and a huge fan of the Dragon Ball series. It’s his first time composing a theme song for an animated show. The opening song artists shared their comments on their involvement in the series:
