The Elite Few Who Wield Conqueror’s Haki in One Piece

“Look at Roger, he had no Fruit power and still brought the world to heel!! Because only Haki can transcend all!!!” –  This specific dialogue by Kaido sums up the importance of Haki in One Piece. There are numerous Devil Fruits in One Piece, but not everyone can use Haki. People need to learn Observation and Armament Haki to use them. However, there is a third kind of Haki called the Conqueror’s Haki, which is only possessed by a few individuals in the One Piece universe.

Conqueror’s Haki cannot be learned, individuals are born with it. It is believed that those who possess it have the quality to become a king. The ability is so rare that even though there are thousands of characters introduced in One Piece, less than fifty people possess it.

Here is a list of all the Conqueror’s Haki users in One Piece.

Pirates

Monkey D. Luffy

Monkey D. Luffy is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and the protagonist of One Piece. He consumed the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, and became a rubber man. He is one of the few individuals to use Conqueror’s Haki, and he first used it in episode 389.

Roronoa Zoro

Roronoa Zoro is the right-hand man of Monkey D. Luffy and desires to become the greatest swordsman ever. While he himself has not confirmed it, there were signs of him possessing the Conqueror’s Haki in episode 984. There is a possibility it might be confirmed in the near future.

Red-Haired Shanks

Shanks is the captain of the Red-Hair Pirates and one of the strongest individuals in One Piece. He was the first one to showcase Conqueror’s Haki in One Piece during episode 1.

Gol D. Roger

Gol D. Roger, popular as Gold Roger, earned the title of the King of the Pirates after reaching Laughtale. Even years after his execution, he remains the pirate with the most bounty. In episode 967, he was shown using Conqueror’s Haki for the first time.

Silvers Rayleigh

Silver Rayleigh, also known as the Dark King, is the vice-captain of the Roger Pirates. Like his captain, he also possesses Conqueror’s Haki and was seen using it in episode 402.

Scopper Gaban

Scopper Gaban is the left-hand man of the Pirate King and is known as the Mountain Eater. He uses two axes as weapons and is yet to showcase Conqueror’s Haki in One Piece anime.

Edward Newgate

Edward Newgate is the original name of Whitebeard. He is the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates and possesses the power of the Gura Gura no Mi. Even though Whitebeard was introduced much early in the anime, he showcased his Conqueror’s Haki for the first time in episode 967.

Eustass Kid

Eustass Kid is the captain of the Kid Pirates, who has the powers of the Jiki Jiki no Mi. Even though he was confirmed to have Conqueror’s Haki, it was never shown in the anime.

Don Chinjao

Don Chinjao is the leader of the Chinjao Family and a former pirate. He is a member of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet and first showcased his Conqueror’s Haki in episode 647.

Charlotte Linlin

Charlotte Linlin, popular as Big Mom, is one of the four Emperors in One Piece. She was a former member of the Rocks Pirates but later started her crew, Big Mom Pirates. She showcased her Conqueror’s Haki in episode 828 and has the powers of the Soru Soru no Mi.

Charlotte Katakuri

Charlotte Katakuri is the second son of Big Mom and the strongest member of the Big Mom Pirates after the captain. He consumed the Mochi Mochi no Mi and showcased his Conqueror’s Haki in episode 860.

Kaido

Like Big Mom and Shanks, Kaido is also one of the Four Emperors and the captain of the Beast Pirates. He is regarded as the Strongest Creature in the World and has the powers of the mythical Devil Fruit, Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu. He used Conqueror’s Haki in One Piece episode 923.

Yamato

Yamato is Kaido’s offspring and consumed a mythical Zoan Devil Fruit named Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami. She used Conqueror’s Haki during episode 1010.

Donquixote Doflamingo

Donquixote Doflamingo is a former Warlord of the Sea and the Captain of the Donquixote Pirates. He was also a former Celestial Dragon and has the powers of the Ito Ito no Mi. He showcased his Conqueror’s Haki in episode 723.

Boa Hancock

Boa Hancock is the Empress of Amazon Lily and a former Warlord of the Sea. She has the powers of the Mero Mero no Mi. Hancock is confirmed to have Conqueror’s Haki, but it was never shown in the anime.

Portgas D. Ace

Portgas D. Ace is the biological son of Gol D. Roger and the sworn brother of Monkey D. Luffy and Sabo. He had the powers of the Mera Mera no Mi and was the former captain of the Spade Pirates before joining the Whitebeard Pirates. Ace has Conqueror’s Haki, but it was never shown.

Kozuki Oden

Kozuki Oden was the Daimyo of Kuri and the son of the former Shogun of Wano. He was a great swordsman and possessed Enma and Ame no Habakiri. Due to his great ambitions, he joined the Whitebeard Pirates and later ventured with the Roger Pirates. He first showcased Conqueror’s Haki during episode 960.

JoyBoy

JoyBoy lived 800 years ago from the current timeline and had the powers of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. He possessed Conqueror’s Haki, but is yet to be shown in the anime.

World Government

Imu

Imu is a mysterious figure who sits at the top of the World Government. Imu is believed to be hundreds of years old and is the main antagonist in One Piece. Even though it is confirmed that they possess Conqueror’s Haki, it is not shown in the anime.

The Gorosei

The Gorosei is a group of five individuals who are directly below Imu. The five individuals are – Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, Saint Topman Warcury, Saint Marcus Mars, Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, and Saint Shephard Ju Peter. All of them possess Conqueror’s Haki and have Devil Fruit powers.

Monkey D. Garp

Monkey D. Garp is a Navy Vice-Admiral and the Hero of the Navy. He is the father of Monkey D. Dragon and grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy. Monkey D. Garp was a rival to Gol D. Roger, and they used to battle quite often. Garp also possesses the Conqueror’s Haki, which was showcased in episode 1115.

Sengoku

Sengoku is the former Fleet Admiral of the Navy who has the powers of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu. While it is confirmed he has Conqueror’s Haki, it is not shown in the anime.

While both the pirate world and the World Government have multiple individuals possessing the Conqueror’s Haki, there are a few individuals who are believed to possess the ability, but there is no official confirmation.
