After featuring the deadly battle at the Kyoto Bloodshed Hotel, Takeru Hokazonoโs Kagurabachi has shifted its focus to the Kamunabi Headquarters located in Tokyo. The last couple of chapters saw the Hishaku infiltrating the Kamunabi Headquarters, with the Shigyu Brothers and one of the top brass members of the Hishaku in the front. They were stopped in their tracks by Soshiro Azami, who defeated one of the Shigyu Brothers with ease.
However, Kagurabachi Chapter 80 did not continue the fight and showcased a different section of the Kamunabi featuring Hakuri Sazanami. While things were considered fine on the inside, it was revealed that the Hishaku had planned everything all along by forcing the Kamunabi members into submission. Fortunately, Hakuri was there to act as damage control for the time being.
The Hishaku Have A Well-Structured Plan For Infiltrating Kamunabi
The Kamunabi is a powerful organization, and even though Hishaku has multiple strong sorcerers, they are not foolish enough to attack the organization directly. It looked as if they had covered the headquarters from all sides with Yura as the mastermind and sent a few members inside to wreak havoc. However, they had prepared a better plan to gain the upper hand during the situation. They located each memberโs house and took their family hostage to make them work for the Hishaku.
Ishihiraโs daughter was taken as a hostage, and to save her, he had to slit his throat. All of these people are likely to be infused with some kind of sorcery. Upon Ishiharaโs death, pine tree branches started to come out of his body, which is similar to one of the Hishaku Sorcerers, who is responsible for Kunishige Rokuhiraโs death. After Ishihara, two other Kamunabi members attacked Hakuri since he was against the Hishaku.

Hakuri Sazanami Joins the Fight Against The Hishaku
The Sazanami Clan is a strong clan with great warriors, but Hakuri was exiled from the family since he failed to live up to their expectations. Generally, children of the Sazanami family learn Isou, one type of sorcery, by age 11, but Hakuri could not. So, while the clan sided with the Hishaku, the exiled member aided Chihiro in his quest. Likewise, at the Kamunabi, when he was attacked by two blackmailed members, he was unfazed by their attacks.
Even though the attackers were trained professionals, Hakuri was toughened up by his clan. Using Isou, he got the better of the two and learned that knocking them unconscious does not trigger the Pine Tree sorcery; only death can. With Hakuri officially entering the battle, things are taking a more interesting turn, and much might be revealed in the upcoming chapters.
