A few years ago, when One Piece Chapter 1060 was released, it featured the destruction of the Lulusia Kingdom by Imu using the ancient weapon, Uranus, powered up by the Mother Flame. It was a horrifying moment for the One Piece fandom, since several people were murdered, who were present on the island.
One moment, the island was present, and in the next moment, a bright light appeared and erased the island from the map. Sabo’s escape to the island and the revolutionary army’s action are believed to be one of the motives behind the destruction of Lulusia Kingdom. Nonetheless, the Kingdom has been a part of several important events in One Piece.
Lulusia Kindgom Follows A Monarchy
Lulusia Kingdom is one such island in One Piece that follows a monarchy. The island is ruled by King Seki and his daughter, Princess Komane. It is a historical island, which is government-affiliated. Marine Base G-2 was located towards its North-East side, and it is also close to the Mary Geoise and the Momoira Island. Thanks to the kingdom being a monarchy, King Seki was invited during the Reverie, and went there along with his daughter.
Lulusia Kingdom was a well-endowed island with proper ports, farms, lakes, rivers, mountain ranges, pine forests, etc. Over the port town, there was a large castle, which looked like a massive tower.

Lulusia Kingdom Fell Under The Influence Of The Revolutionary Army
The Revolutionary Army, under the leadership of Monkey D. Dragon, influenced several kingdoms to usurp their monarchy and gain freedom. After learning about the Revolutionary Army invading the Mary Geoise, the citizens of the Lulusia were influenced and challenged the monarchy, and imprisoned King Seki. They were one of the Eight-Kingdoms to achieve such a feat in such a quick succession.
Sabo was welcomed on the island after escaping from Mary Geoise. Watching their bravery in ending the monarchy, Sabo also thought of inviting a few of the citizens to officially join the Revolutionary Army, but tragedy struck before that.

Lulusia Kingdom Fell Victim To Imu
Seeing Lulusia getting influenced by the Revolutionary Army and trying to make a strong bond with them, Imu did not waste time in removing the island from the surface of the Earth. Using an ancient weapon, Imu destroyed Lulusia Kingdom in the blink of an eye, leaving a massive crater in the middle of the sea. They thought Sabo might be present on the island since he went in that direction. Fortunately, Sabo, who was nearby, travelling on a boat, received the shock of his life to see such a massive-scale attack and destruction. Saint Ju Peter confirmed that the name Lulusia would be removed from history forever.

One Piece Chapter 1162 Brought New Insights About Lulusia Kingdom
One Piece Chapter 1162 came with some major revelations about Lulusia Kingdom, trying to connect some dots from before. During the God Valley incident, Rocks D. Xebec saved his wife, Eris, and son, Teach, from the grasp of the Celestial Dragon. However, Eris told Rocks to regroup at Lulusia Kingdom after finishing his work at God Valley.
A couple of years before the present timeline, Portgas D. Ace was pursuing Marshall D. Teach since the latter killed Thatch, Fourth Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. Ace heard rumours that Teach came to Lulusia and visited an unnamed town near the Pasta Lake. It somehow deepens the speculation regarding Teach having a special connection with Lulusia, or that his mother was present on the island during the time of his visit. Since they belonged to the Davy Clan, Lulusia Kingdom could also be the home to the secret clan.
