Megumu Soramichi’s Zombie Land Saga was adapted into an anime in October 2018 and earned quite a bit of success due to its different yet entertaining plot and a comedic take on the Idol genre. Due to the anime’s immense popularity, a sequel named Zombie Lang Saga Revenge was released in April 2021. And, after four years, the franchise is returning with an anime movie scheduled to release later in 2025.
Zombie Land Saga the movie: Yumeginga Paradise was announced on October 17, 2021. Like the series, the movie will also be animated by MAPPA. The release date was unveiled through a trailer, which was released on April 25, 2025. Also, a production visual was released, and the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the anime released information about 10 lucky people receiving a gift ahead of the movie.
When Will Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise Release?
According to the official website and the trailer, Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise is scheduled to release on Saturday, October 24, 2025. Apart from the release date, nothing much has been revealed as of yet. More information on the movie will be revealed later.
What Is The Story Of Zombie Land Saga?
Sakura Minamoto has always dreamt of becoming an idol, but tragedy struck when she died in an accident. A decade later, Sakura wakes in the Saga Prefecture with no memory of her past life. Things take a turn when she finds out that she is a zombie, and while she is letting the situation soak in, she meets Koutarou Tatsumi.
Tatsumi explained that she was not the only one who suffered the same fate as there were six girls who went through the same thing. They are tasked with forming an idol group that will give Saga a boost economically. The girls agree to it and name their group Franchouchou, with Koutarou as their manager. The girl band enjoys their newfound identity while searching and rediscovering their past lives.

What Is The Special Gift Announced?
Along with the news about the movie’s release, the official X account revealed that ten people will receive a special visual poster upon following the account and giving a shout-out to the movie. Its selection process will most likely be a lottery system since multiple people did what they were told to do. However, the announcement date of the winners has not been revealed yet, so it remains unknown how long the offer will be open.
