Sakamoto Days is soaring the heights of popularity after releasing a couple of episodes. Season 1 will be divided into two parts, with part 1 currently airing. Being one of the highly anticipated anime of 2025, people have a lot of expectations from the anime. Even though it is yet to delve deeper into the plot, fans have already found their sweet spot with the anime.
The first episode was released on January 11, 2025. The second episode introduced a new member of Sakamoto’s, Lu Xiaotang, whose dress controversy and other key details left out of the anime adaptation are making rounds on the internet.
Sakamoto Days Episode 3 Release Date
Sakamoto Days Episode 3 is scheduled to be released on January 25, 2025, at 11:00 PM (JST). Saturday is the anime’s weekly release day. Fans can stream the anime on Netflix. Like the first two episodes, the third episode will also have an average time of 23 minutes.
While Netflix is yet to release the third episode, it has already been broadcasted in Japan. Sakamoto Days can be streamed on Netflix after one week of its release in Japan.
Sakamoto Days Episode 3 Preview
The official YouTube page of TMS Anime released the preview of Sakamoto Days episode 3 on January 18, 2025, after the release of episode 2. It featured the debut of a new character, Yoichi Nagumo. Nagumo is a former colleague of Taro Sakamoto and a present member of The Order. He came to Sakamoto’s to let his former colleague know about the 1 Billion Yen bounty on his head. However, the legendary assassin-turned-family went to an Amusement Park the very next day with his family.
Sakamoto Days Episode 3 Synopsis
Sakamoto Days episode 3 will feature the Sakamoto family going to the Amusement Park to enjoy Sugar Chan, even after knowing that assassins will be coming for Taro Sakamoto’s head. While Aoi and Hana are enjoying the surroundings, the other three are trying to keep an eye out for impending danger.
There will be attacks on the Sakamoto family. It will be interesting to see whether the protagonists can save themselves amidst all the people. On top of everything, they are not allowed to kill anyone due to Aoi Sakamoto’s family rule book, while others will be trying to kill them all.
