Gachiakuta Episode 13 highlighted Amo Empool’s past, and a scene showcased her encountering two masked individuals who beat down the man she was living with and gave the Watchman Series Boots to her, after taking them from the man. After that, the two masked men flew away from her house. One of the masked men had the ability to fly by bringing out his wings, and carried the other one.
Amo Empool called them Angels, and if carefully looked at, people will see that the one who has wings is the same person who killed Regto and caused Rudo Surebrec’s sufferings. While it may come as a shock to many, the Angel with wings is none other than Tamsy Caines, a Cleaner of Team Eager.
Angel Is Tamsy Caines’ Evil Persona
The Angel who Amo Empool saw flying to the “Heavens” is Tamsy Caines. The wings were most likely an ability of his Vital Instrument, Tokushin, which can create wings from threads. He acts as a major antagonist of Gachiakuta, whose only target is Rudo Surebrec. Tamsy does not want to hurt Rudo physically, but wants to break him mentally, and does things that torture him the most. Firstly, he killed Regto, who was Rudo’s adoptive father, and framed him for his murder. It led to Rudo being thrown to the Ground. In the process, Angel also stole the Watchman Series Book from Regto.
After coming to the Ground, it was easier for Tamsy to keep an eye on him. Tamsy even kidnapped Amo after she formed a bond with Rudo, making the latter suffer. The Angel never stops thinking about how to make Rudo’s life a living hell. Even if something does not go according to his plan, he immediately starts making arrangements for how the situation can be changed in his favour. He takes inspiration from his setback and plans accordingly. However, Tamsy/Angel’s motive for torturing Rudo has not been revealed as of now. He is the only known individual who can travel between the Sphere and the Ground.

Second Angel’s Identity Remains A Mystery
In Gachiakuta Episode 13, Angel was seen with another masked individual, who knocked down Amo Empool’s guardian with ease, even though he possessed the Watchman Series Boots. The second masked individual’s identity remains a mystery in Gachiakuta. However, it was seen that they are a skilled person, with amazing speed. Due to their skill sets, they can accompany Tamsy Caines in his journey. There is also a speculation that the individual might be one of Tamsy’s thread clones, made from his Tokushin. They wear masks otherwise, people would identify the clone, and learn about Tamsy’s evil persona.
