Who is Dragon in Fire Force? Meet the White Clad’s Destroyer Division Commander

Fire Force Season 3 Episode 4 teased a new character from the White Clad, and in episode 5, they revealed it to be none other than Dragon. The manga readers already know who Dragon is and the extent of his capabilities, but the anime gawkers still need to be introduced to the character. After Gold, Stream, and Furakuchu’s defeat at the hands of Special Fire Force Company 8, the commander of the Destroyer finally made his anime debut.

Dragon – Commander of the Destroyer Division

Dragon is the White Clad’s Destroyer division commander, specializing in assassinations. The division had the likes of Gold, Assault, Stream, etc., yet Dragon being the leader shows how strong he is. He is a third-generation pyrokinetic and one of the strongest individuals in Fire Force, who could easily defeat enemies in the blink of an eye.

Dragon’s resilience and durability are off the charts. He has a beard and a horseshoe hairline with the hairs sticking out like pointed blades. He has a muscular build, wearing the White Clad’s cloak as a cape, with his upper torso naked. There is a belt strap running across his chest and armour on either of his hands. The commander of the Destroyers/Butchers has large limbs and walks barefoot.

What Abilities Do Dragon Possess?

Dragon is confident in his abilities and does not fail to criticize fellow White Clad members when they fail to achieve something. During battles, he advises his enemies on how to attack him to make things more challenging for him. Dragon has some unique abilities, such as:

• Draconic Pressure: One of the Dragon’s biggest flexes is Draconic Pressure, where staying in his presence can cause injuries to the enemies. Even if he is attacked multiple times, it barely scratches him, while the attacker becomes the victim.

• Infernalize: Dragon can infernalize his body, creating armor and sharp claws acting as defensive and attacking tools. Due to Dragon Scales and Dragon Coordinate, he can achieve a high level of ignition. Infernalize drastically increases his strength and gives him wings, making him look like an actual dragon.

• Fire Breathing: Just like his name, Dragon can breathe fire like a dragon. He is able to create a stream of fire from his mouth and accordingly alters its intensity based on the situation. Even small streams of fire can cause large explosions, taking out multiple enemies at once.
