What Happened to the Witch’s Remains in Re:Zero Season 3 Episode 4?

Subaru questions the status of the Witch after her remains are brought into question. He is then told that the Remains do not belong to the Witch of Envy. Although this information is confirmed, the location of the remains is hidden from all except Priestella’s Council of Ten.
Owner of Muse Company Kiritaka arrives and basically confirms the status of the Witch’s Remains. Additionally, he claims that the remains are incapable of moving, and cannot attain Capella Emerada Lugunica’s request.
In case the Witch’s remains are moved, the entire city that it is kept in would be demolished, therefore making it impossible to shift. It is then revealed that the Witch’s Remains are not Envy’s but belong to the Witch of Pride, Typhon.

The upcoming installation will touch on Subaru’s battle against Roy Alphard, the Sin Archbishop of Gluttony, who is responsible for Rem’s current status. In the upcoming episode, fans can expect the Witch Cult’s attempt to attack Watergate City. Amongst the Sin Archbishops who attack the city, Sin Archbishops of Gluttony, Roy Alphard and Lye Batenkaitos, Capella Emerada Lugunica representing Lust, and Sirius Romanée-Conti representing Wrath are a few.
