The Anime Expo 2025 has officially concluded after a four-day extravaganza starting from July 3, 2025. The event was filled with entertaining segments, like masquerades, gaming arena, merch stores, etc. However, the anime fans were more keen on the anime announcements made during the events. As revealed earlier, there were tons of anime franchises that would be announcing information regarding certain upcoming anime. Here is a list of the major anime announcements from Anime Expo 2025.

DAY 1 – July 3, 2025
Clevatess
The Clevatess anime featured an hour long special premiere.
Chainsaw Man โ The Movie: Reze Arc
MAPPA revealed the main trailer of their upcoming project, Chainsaw Man โ The Movie: Reze Arc, which is a direct sequel to the anime.
The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4
The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4 Episode 1 was premiered during Anime Expo 2025, with voice actor Kaito Ishikawa (Naofumi) and producer Ten Kimura taking the stage.
Project M
During Anime Expo 2025, CyberAgent, a Japanese tech and media company, the first visual teaser of their upcoming anime, Project M.
Ghost in the Shell
The teaser and key visual of a new Ghost in the Shell TV anime was released by Science SARU. The key visual featured a logo designed by Hajime Sorayama.
A Star Brighter Than The Sun
The first episode of Studio KAIโs latest project, A Star Brighter Than The Sun was premiered, under the presence of Sakaya Kobayashi (director) and Yoko Shiraishi (producer).
GeeXPlus Upcoming Projects
GeeXProductions formation was announced by GeeXPlus, along with their three upcoming projects โ Baan โ The Boundaries of Adulthood (Short Movie), Soul Mart (Anime), and Otachan (anime shorts). Soul Martโs key visual was also release and revealed Aleks Le, Daman Mills, and Emi Lo to be a part of it.
DAY 2 – July 4, 2025
Gachiakuta
During the event, the first two episodes of Kei Uranaโs Gachiakuta premiered ahead of his original release schedule.
Eisen Flugel Movie
Studio A-1 Pictures is currently working on the Eisen Flugel movie. Gen Urobuchiโs magnum opus was announced almost three years ago and finally during the Anime Expo 2025, a new trailer and key visual were released.
Frieren: Beyond Journeyโs End Season 2
Frieren: Beyond Journeyโs End Season 2 trailer was revealed during Anime Expo 2025. The second season will premiere in January 2026 on Crunchyroll.
Beyblade X
The premiere of the latest episode of Beyblade X happened during Anime Expo 2025.
SANDAโs Premiere
Paru Itagakiโs SANDA anime first episode premiered during the event, and it will debut on October 4, 2025.
BEASTARS Final Season
BEASTERS Final Season Part 2 is schedule for a 2026 release window, with the Anime Expo 2025 revealing the first visual of the upcoming part.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2
The Best Anime of 2023, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is getting a sequel, with the event featuring the first teaser of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2.

A character trailer of Blade & Bastard revealed the main voice actors of the upcoming anime. They are as follows:

Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube
The US premiere of Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube took place at Anime Expo 2025.
Re:Zero โ Starting Life in Another World Season 4
A new trailer and key visual of Re:Zero โ Starting Life in Another World Season 4 were released. The upcoming season will release in 2026.
You and I Are Polar Opposites
The main cast of You and I Are Polar Opposites was revealed along with a new trailer.
Rooster Fighter
A new trailer and key visual for Rooster Fighter was revealed. The anime will start airing in Spring 2026. Tomohiro Ono and Mitsuaki Kanuka will voice Keisuke and Morio, respectively.
Record of Ragnarok Season 3
Anime Expo 2025 revealed a new trailer of Record of Ragnarok Season 3.
Fist of the North Star
With a 2026 release date, a new anime based on Fist of the North Star had its first trailer released during Anime Expo 2025. Three voice actors were also revealed and they are as follows:

Black Torch
Along with a character trailer, the voice cast of the Black Torch anime was revealed. They are as follows:

KILLTUBE
The anime adaptation of KILLTUBE will be produced by STUDIO DOTOU. The event revealed a developmental video, the voice cast, and the first key visual. KILLTUBE has a unique plot focuses on streamers.
The Vermillion Mask
The Vermillion Mask is getting an anime adaptation and is being produced by the YTV Group.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3
With a 2026 release date, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 released its first trailer during Anime Expo 2025.
Reincarnated As A Sword Season 2
With HIDIVE as the official streaming platform, Reincarnated as a Sword Season revealed an โultra teaserโ visual and a Fall 2026 release window. The event also revealed the main staff involved with the upcoming anime.
Daemons of the Shadow Realm
Fullmetal Alchemist famed mangaka, Hiromu Arakawa, will have another of her creations, Daemons of the Shadow Realm, get an anime adaptation. It had its trailer and key visual revealed during the event.
Black Clover Season 2
Black Clover Season 2 is scheduled to release in 2026 after a five year hiatus. The anime is currently in production.
My Hero Academia
Ahead of My Hero Academiaโs Final Season, which is scheduled to release in October 2025, Anime Expo 2025 featured Daiki Yamashita and Justin Briner, the Japanese and English voice of Deku, along with a special message from Kohei Horikoshi.
Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE Cour 2
The first episode of Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE Cour 2 was premiered during Anime Expo 2025, with Yusuke Kobayashi (Senku Ishigami) and Kenji Nojima (Dr. Xeno) attending the event as special guests.
The Holy Grail of Eris
The Holy Grail of Eris released a new trailer, featuring a 2026 release date.
DAY 4 – July 6, 2025
Jujutsu Kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is currently under production. The event saw Junya Enoki (Yuji Itadori) and Megumi Okata (Yuta Okkotsu) take the stage. In the upcoming season Yuta Okkotsu will go up against Yuji Itadori and Choso.
Kaiju No. 8
Anime Expo 2025 featured the premiere of the first episode of Kaiju No. 8, along with a live-dubbing performance.
Toilet-bound Hanako-kun
A special screening of Toilet-bound Hanako-kun along with the voice actress Megumi Ogata (Hanako-kun)
