Hishaku Sorcerers vs Samura And Makizumi in Kagurabachi Chapter 55
In Kagurabachi Chapter 55, the litigious Hishaku Sorcerers take on the blind swordsman Samura, who is able to maneuver their attacks despite having a disadvantage. Observing his sensory perceptions, the sorcerer chucks a pine tree at him, to catch an inattentive Samura as they believe unintended attacks will not work on him.
Yoji Uruha, who knows Samura’s senses work on malicious intent, realizes their tactic. However, the fear of interrupting the flow of his methods prevents him from stepping in. With the Elite Makizumi Guards, who are present to protect Samura in his battle, Uruha is forced to believe he is in good hands. However, he is uncertain about the supposed protection.
Despite the Makizumi’s plans to flee, the former Sazanami clan member seems determined to fight the sorcerers. Once again, Hakuri Sazanami actuates his sorcery powers to aid his comrades on the battlefield in the highly engaging Kagurabachi Chapter 55.
Kagurabachi Chapter 54 Recap
The major events that unfolded in Kagurabachi 55 were set up by its previous installations. Samura was instantly targeted by the Hishaku Sorcerers and their ploy to enforce their toughest warriors. Their plan of going to Senkutsuji Temple to kill the blind swordsman to capture the Enchanted Blades was a major part of Chapter 54.
Yura, the leader of the Hishaku Sorcerers, attempted to unravel the Kamunabi’s plans. In order to slice through their defense, he suggests getting one of the Enchanted Blades, thus going after Samura. Hiruhiko, who was cornered by Chihiro in the previous chapter, reveals their intentions.

Kagurabachi Chapter 56 will be released on Nov. 3 on Manga Plus, or Shonen Jump+ with a subscription.
