Kagurabachi Chapter 81 featured the continuation of the ruckus that is taking place within the Kamunabi Headquarters in Tokyo. After the incident surrounding the Pine Tree sorcery, everyone became cautious. It was revealed that it was not only through blackmailing that the Hishaku got hold of a few members of the Kamunabi, but there were some traitors within the organization who were double agents.
While others were instructed to stay right where they were, only Hakuri Sazanami was allowed to move freely. Unfortunately, he was soon attacked by one of the Hishaku members who used transformation sorcery to look like Kudo. Another female member came and killed the Kamunabi members in that area, leaving Hakuri vulnerable. As he tried to run, he received aid from the most unlikely person. Yoji Uruha, who was believed to be dead, came back to protect him!
Yoji Uruha Returns In Kagurabachi Chapter 81
Yoji Uruha is one of the Enchanted Blade users who was deemed a Hero after the Seitei War. He possessed the Kumeyuri and had a pact with it, which could only be severed once the user died. Kagurabachi Chapter 58, titled “Reunion,” saw Seiichi Samura killing Uruha in a face-off, with the latter not even getting a chance to draw his sword. Seiichi is on a mission to kill the Enchanted Blade users, including himself, since he, too, knows the truth about the Seitei War.
Hakuri and Chihiro witnessed his death, and when Hiruhiko started using Kumeyuri, everyone thought that Uruha had died. However, Kagurabachi Chapter 81 gave the fandom its biggest shock yet when the last panel revealed that the character is alive and is there at the Kamunabi Headquarters to save Hakuri from the Hishaku.
How Can The Situation At The Kamunabi Change With Yoji Uruha In The Picture?
Yoji Uruha’s presence at the Kamunabi is undoubtedly a boost to the protagonist’s side. He is one of the Sword Masters and has great skills that can be only rivaled by a few. However, there is always a chance of him being an impersonator who works for the Hishaku. From a little glimpse in Kagurabachi Chapter 81, it looked like he is the real deal, using the Iai White Purity Style: Centipede to save Hakuri from the Hishaku.
Even Hakuri was surprised to see that it was Uruha. Unfortunately, the latter does not possess his beloved Enchanted Blade, which could be a problem since he cannot draw out his true strength. Nonetheless, Takeru Hokazono might have some tricks up his sleeve since he brought back a “supposedly dead” character at the perfect time. The upcoming chapters could provide more insights into what happened after he was “killed” by Seiichi Samura and what he was doing for so long.
